I totally get health issues. I deal with them myself. Take each day one at a time. I have good days and bad so I get it. However, I would simply like to suggest that you might binge more episodes in a sitting, so you don't get behind. I don't mind paying for premium membership because I'm a huge OUAT fan, as I'm sure you know by now (lol) but I also believe that I should receive premium benefits for that. If my math is correct there should be 6 new OUAT episodes as of this past Sunday. I really like your style and am giving you the benefit of a doubt, because I have had to cancel live streams as I just couldn't bring myself to do it, health wise or just burned out. If that's the case, I could be a little more understanding. But I find myself checking my email and expecting to see the new episodes up but all I see are episodes of every show but OUAT. If you don't want to continue the show, please let me know. Just not doing them and waiting weeks to say anything is very disappointing. I WANT to stick with you, but it's really bothering me that I've upgraded twice just so I could catch up on all the videos and not miss any, not only are you skipping the 2 episodes a week, you're not even doing 1 a week. I just need to know if I should continue to pay $10 a month for one or two episodes a month. I just want to know whether it's worth my money and I feel like I don't matter. All members should feel like they are appreciated. Please update on how your going to schedule OUAT to catch up. I look forward to seeing it and have been waiting for you to keep your schedule on OUAT since I joined and upgraded, not one single week has been on time since then. I don't watch any other show reactions, so it's a hefty price for maybe one episode or two a month. Thanks. Taking a break is necessary, yes, but you also have a responsibility to your paid members. If you have to cancel, let people know ASAP, and double, triple up and get them uploaded quickly, we are all human and get that life happens while we're making plans, but keeping us in the loop, shows your respect for your members. If there were something I could do to help, I would. But I am feeling pretty crappy and soured at this stage. Communication is paramount. Thanks.

I agree with Jennifer! I canceled at the end of last month because I didn't feel like I was getting enough for my money! I ended up rejoining, but I am thinking about canceling again! $ 10 dollars is alot of money out of my pocket for such few episodes! I like you SoFie! I don't like to complain, but this has been going on for months!

I totally agree, I've cancelled my membership several times because l'm simply not getting what l want out of it . OUAT is the only thing l watch on this channel and it's really frustrating to get every other show except for it. I don't like to complain either because l understand things happen in life but 3 episodes the whole of February, and like the others said this has been going on for months. I really like you that's why l joined in the first place, but l really feel like this is unfair. I think maybe you might be watching too many shows at the same time, maybe reducing the amount of shows could help, respectfully.

Each show this month has had 3 uploads max; OUAT did get 3. The less fortunate shows are Charmed (1 ep) Dollhouse and Arcane (2 eps each). Just to put things into perspective (OUAT didn't receive any unfavorable treatment). Plus OUAT got 8 uploads in January !!! Dollhouse got 3...

@Kyra Davies, l only pay attention to OUAT since it's the only thing l watch, but since you are saying it's the same with other shows, then that means something needs to change, i.e maybe put other shows on hold for a while then finish them up when the schedule is lighter or when she is able to do so, because then that means it's unfair for all of us, other shows included. l want to stay a member but not getting the benefits you are paying for is really not fair for anyone, $10 is a lot.

Every month OUAT gets 2 episodes a week. it's been like this since I started the show and February is the only exception. So saying that this has been going on for months is definitely not true at all. And OUAT is the only show I do that gets 2 episodes a week when I can simply do 1 a week like the others and that's something I chose to not do so saying that I post the other shows more is also not true. Like I said this month is the only exception and that because I was sick most of it. Dollhouse and charmed even though got less episodes this month, I posted 6 episodes of charmed last month when I only needed to post 3 or 4 and this week I'm posting extra episodes to catch up. As for Arcane I was clear at the start that this is the one show I'm gonna post when I'm free cause it was my choice to add it. Though this month was messy and I'm only 2 episodes behind on OUAT and not 6 since I clearly posted 2 extra episodes last month, we'll be back to the usual uploading with extra episodes here and there when I find the time.

Everyone’s passion for this channel and their favorite shows is clear. Of course we would all love the episodes when we want them. But this is her channel after all and she’s going to upload as she sees fit. If it’s not working out for you, please accept it and move on. I think it says a lot about the work you’re putting out if people are saying you are in high-demand. So keep it up Sofie! 👍🏻 the rest of us will patiently wait..

Some reactors charge $20. I quietly cancel memberships for a month or so then binge watch. It is what it is. If you don’t think the fee is worth it because you only watch a show or two or they aren’t reacting as much, I would just quietly do this without ranting and demanding. Unless they are doing this as a full time job, you can’t really expect much more. Cancel for a month or two, save up some money then binge watch for a month.

That is incorrect. Since I joined at tier 1 on 1/15 I was able to watch up to S1-17. So, on 1/18 I upgraded to tier 2 and got S1-18 & S1-19. On 1/21 I upgraded again to tier 3, At that time the last episode was still S1-19. It was 9 days before I could watch the Season 1's last 3 finale episodes. (This may have been due to my upgrade), I emailed you on each of those dates, for your reference. Then, nothing...until 2/8. You did 1 episode over the next 2 weeks (I think you were having PC issues), so understandable. But then you skipped 2 weeks completely. (that's 2 behind). It has been haphazard since. In looking back ar your OUAT schedule, You have run as follows: 12/23 - 1 episode, 1/1 - 1 episode, 1/2 - 1 episode, 1/11-1 episode, 1/12- 1 episode, 1/18 - 1 episode, 1/19 - 1 episode, 1/29, 1- episode, 1/30 - 1 episode, 2/14, 2 -episodes, 2/15 1 episode and finally 3/1 the last one done today. If you count back you will clearly see that you're NOT doing these regularly. Weeks in between some with no apology, (which would go along way) but just telling us we are wrong. Again, I wanted to like you and remain a member but you are not giving many reasons to stay. Your comment above was more of a justification or argument and that it doesn't matter what your followers are paying for, you will get to it when you have time. I hope that you will prove me wrong. One more month, I will stick around through March. At $10 I think it's only right that you do OUAT 2x a week and set some schedule to catch up on all those missing 2nd reactions, and the weeks that you missed completely. If you can do all these other shows, There's no reason you can't Squeeze in OUAT for an hour. Thanks for listening, I hope that you take my message as it was meant, as constructive criticism. If you are truly humble and gracious to your followers, they (We) will stick around. Showing arrogance and being flippant is not the kind of person I want to follow. You don't seem that way on the reactions, but honestly, you've not shown concern for MY concerns once, in my correspondence with you. Please just get OUAT up to where it should be, if you count the missed reactions, it is probably closer to 6. I have faith you can binge that in a day. Cheers. Oh, Also, it is very apparent that you do other shows much more frequently, I get the emails everytime you post a reaction. I see "Arcane" "Breaking Bad" "Charmed" "Dollhouse' all the time. RARELY do I see OUAT, as I stated, then we get only one? or you change the schedule. We just want OUAT regularly. Thanks

I see where you’re coming from but Sofie almost always posts 2 once upon a time episodes a week lol (if there are no issues) it’s just that sometimes she doesn’t post them on the same day And also I love her OUAT reactions too and I also want more lol but I have to say that she doesn’t post other shows more than OUAT, she does 2 episodes a week and so it’s the show that gets the most videos per month. I watch all the shows she reacts to so I know which videos I get more of

Also most times when you get all those notifications about the other shows, they aren’t new uploads; you get the emails when she makes videos visible for the lower tiers

Summer..Exactly I'm not even sure what Jennifer is confused about or how she gets her ''facts''. Even if its not on the same day every time it's still 2 episodes a week and it's almost always has been since I started the show at the end of August again with the exception of this month but still if 10 dollars is not worth it for you Jennifer you can always switch to the other Tiers they get the same number of episodes a week or you can cancel whatever best for you. Again, I post OUAT regularly and it's the only show that gets most videos per a month. If you still think otherwise that's your choice but I know that for 5 months and a half I posted 40 episodes of OUAT. Hope this clears any confusion.

Jennifer, It might because you switched tiers so many times that you’re getting the consistency confused. OUAT is literally her most posted show lol She’s done more episodes of that than any of the other new shows she’s doing. And since most of these current shows are new, it’s easy to tell how much more eps of OUAT there compared to everything else. Like Summer mentioned above, the reason you get so many emails is because you see them every time she uploads on each tier. We all get them. If you’re at the higher tier, you’ll see emails for the same episode multiple times. Personally I watch most of her current shows. I usually binge them on the weekend because my week is so busy, and I almost always have multiple eps of OUAT to catch up vs 1/2 of the other shows. She might not post on the same exact day every week, but she’s one of the most consistent patreons I’ve seen and she’s doing a lot of shows! If you feel you need to binge tons of OUAT eps at once, maybe you could hold off on your patreon membership for a few months and subscribe again once she’s a couple seasons ahead? That way you’ll have a lot more of the content you’re interested to catch up on.

I know, and I'm sure I could probably get into "Breaking Bad" reactions. I guess my timing in joining & upgrading was bad, it seems that she's had some issues, I get it. I had to cancel my Live stream for 3 weeks due to audio issues. I just need my OUAT fix! lol.

Clever...I never thought of that. I hate doing it, but I do prefer binging. At least on OUAT. Maybe I will just downgrade until I can get several to watch. I really hate feeling that way, especially when I have done the very same thing with my own Youtube live streams. It just seemed like SOOO many other shows were going up but not the one I was waiting for, or it got delayed, and then again. BUT on a good note, I now have 2 eps to watch...
