Hey guys and gals and everyone else in between, I'm happy to announce that RoB is coming to Steam, and will be available for purchase as an Early Access release from mid April (if all goes to plan). If you don't mind I'd be really grateful if you'd Wishlist the game - even if you have no intention of buying it - just to help Steam's algorithm to promote it. ROB Steam PageThe final Patreon version of Realms Of Bondage and the Steam version will be exactly the same (apart from I may remove the Patreon link button). So, for you, to be honest there's no real reason to buy the Steam version except to support me, and have Realms Of Bondage added to your Steam library collection. Of course, development of ROB will continue on Patreon as normal; nothing is going to change on here, so if you want to ignore all this, that's OK. Anyways I just wanted to let you all know and try to gain some momentum. I'd be grateful for any Wishlist additions, or if you can just spread the word. Thank you all. -PinkTea-

As soon as I get back from work today, I will wishlist it. Congratulations on hard work paying off!! 😉👍

Cheers. Much 'preciated. Hopefully the game will reach some people who otherwise wouldn't have played them

Congratulation for getting on Steam. Sadly Steam still hasn't found it necessary to actually implement a serious age verification system. Because of that I will not be able to add the game to my wishlist or buy it as I can't access the store side.

Well I'll take it. It'll be easier for the updates AND support you, so all good. Just, will it have the same frequency of update than the patreon version or not?

Josh B

Congrats! And speaking from experience, yes, Valve will make you remove the Patreon button and any other references to third party sources for the game when they do the manual review before launch approval. They made me wipe the donation links from a NextFest demo once, despite the game not even being sold on Steam yet as it was pre-release!

pinktea

Yeah, it will be updated monthly, same as the Patreon version (that's the plan anyway). I'm not 100% sure how Steam works but I think that should be possible.

arnons

any plans on athing your other games on steam?

pinktea

Maybe, but since most of them are already released to public for free it may not be possible
