Working on this building that previously was a Jaguar, and Land Rover dealership on Sunset Boulevard. which will be demolished and replaced by an office building lol

I decided to make this one because it is close to the Sierra Tower I'll release soon! and also because the roofing caught my eye hehe

Considering making it a coffee shop.

A bit big for a coffee shop isn't it? I assume it will be a unique building and not a growable because of its size? I'd leave it as an upscale car dealership. Don't have as many of those.

I agree, prob will keep it as a car dealership as you said. I was gonna make it a low comercial like the Starbucks I made. It isn’t that big, if it’s too big in game then I’ll make a it a unique building

Good. We need more different growables, not just fast food and coffee shops. It just looked in the photo to be more than 4 wide. I hope that CS2 has larger lots. Suburbs just aren't realistic without parking lots and there is no room for parking in most growables. Even the high end dealers near me (Tampa) have either large lots or parking garages. All supermarkets have lots, strip mall stores, etc.

From what I’ve read CS2 has bigger growable sizes so that good news :D, and it’s true, businesses in the suburbs have big parking lots and sometimes in dense areas they make underground parking or are attached with parking towers, so parking is a rlly important ant part, also from the trailer I’ve seen that they improved that too!

I just checked it out, tbh I don’t think so, it’s so massive, I didn’t know it was that big irl. Rn I’m focusing on the Sunset Strip and West Hollywood, with all those billboards and low comercial buildings (been playing too much GTA hehe)
