Been messing with this new East West product called the Hollywood Orchestrator, which comes along with their new updated Hollywood Orchestra sample library. It basically plays pre-made orchestral arrangements with you just playing chords or notes. There's quite a lot of cool presets and you can make your own as well. It's a really cool and inspiring piece of software. But it's still very new and the software player called OPUS in my experience has been very buggy and crazy CPU intensive. But I hope they will be able to fix these problems at some point. Also they would need to implement an easy MIDI export system for the individual instruments as I'm sure that every self respecting composer doesn't want to use these pre-made presets as is, but would want to edit and compose these arrangements further so everything fits into their songs and visions. There are some workarounds that you can do in Cubase, but it's very time consuming and difficult task. But all in all a very potential piece of software and the library sounds great! The video is literally me loading it up the very first time and just playing something.- Jari

Seems like a lot of fun to toy around with, I'm gonna have to give this a try. I'm not a composer and also don't have any self respect so let's go!
