Hi Andrew, it's an opportunity for fans to lock in for a year at a cheaper rate, and it helps to support Time Team into the future, so we can continue to develop more episodes.

Andrew Dennison

Offers are fine, no problem with that, but why link it to Black Friday and all its associations with rampant consumerism? Just tarnishes the offer to my mind - but perhaps that's just me.

Graham Slingsby

Can you please provide a link to the subscription service? I am trying to subscribe, but I keep going around in circles 🤷‍♂️

Kevin B

Nor does the membership discount it apply to existing members. Oh well.

TimeTeamOfficial

Hi Kevin, it doesn't apply to existing annual memberships unfortunately (Patreon doesn't have that function), but does apply to any existing monthly members who wish to switch over to annual membership. However, to thank all our members old and new for their ongoing support (whether monthly or annual) we will be sending you a £5 discount voucher code to use in the shop. Look out for that soon. Thanks

Carl Johnson

You need to find the "Settings" here in Patreon. On that page select "Memberships" then located Time Team and "View Details" There will be an option to "edit" the payment amount. If you are monthly, you can change it to annual. I hope this helps.

Steve Prowse

I'm a member, not the bottom bit and not the top tier, I can't find an option to change top annual. Followed Carl's reply to Graham but on Windows 11 browser can't see it

Sally Blandford

Can you explain where we can take advantage of the offer? When I go to my subscriptions I see the option of “save 10% by paying annually” but nowhere to put in the Black Friday discount code?

TimeTeamOfficial

Hi Sally, if you go into the 'memberships' or 'manage memberships' section in your account settings, there should then be an option to 'edit' and switch from a monthly payment plan into an annual membership plan. When payment is requested, there should then be a box to enter the code "BFTT24" to apply the discount. Please let us know if that works or if you could encounter any issues, so we can look into it. Thanks

Jessicka Catherine

This option doesn't come up. I'm on the android app.

Update: apologies, there has been an issue with applying the code to existing monthly members when switching over to annual. We have now fixed this by automatically applying the 16% discount on all new annual memberships without needing to enter the code. The saving should now be applied when you edit to an annual membership plan.

Hi TT - I just upgraded my existing membership (Project Supervisor) to Annual and would like my certificate sent - unfortunately I ticked that I didn’t want mail sent but can’t find that option again to change it - can you help please?

John Keeling

Hello. I've just signed up for 'Time Team Digger Crew' membership under your Black Friday Special Offer. I opted for Annual Membership and you've charged me £60.48? It should have been £50 so something has gone wrong somewhere, or I've made a mistake? Your offer is very generous and I don't want to miss it. I hope you can rectify the charge. I first sent this message as a reply to the Congratulations email but it seemed to be replying to a 'no reply' address so I'm repeating my message here. Also, I've just seen your comment to Sally about a box for the code. I don't remember seeing that but I might have missed it? Best wishes, John

TimeTeamOfficial

Hi John, thanks for the message and for joining us on Patreon! VAT is automatically added on to the payment by the platform at the check-out. This will likely account for the difference, after the 16% is also applied. If you have any further queries about this, please contact us directly via the messenger function or email membership@timeteamdigital.com and we can take a closer look. Thanks again for your support.
