Sir Tony!!! A Time Team Original! He made archeology interesting and you could just see the wonderful relationship he had with everyone else. He asked the questions we as viewers wanted to ask. I got hooked on Time Team early during COVID and have watched every episode I could find. Now I am a member via Patreon and hope to join a dig as a volunteer.

Wonderful to hear and see how it all started for Sir Tony. Time Team got me through a lot of hard times. Operation Nightingale digs and Waterloo Uncovered were some of my favourite and most emotional to watch. Lovely to hear about the ladybird book. The description from that very early episode makes sense now!

Sir Tony, I enjoyed Wolf so much, now I eagerly anticipate the next book, so come on, hurry up!

Thank you for a most enjoyable half hour! It's not often my face aches with smiling, but Helen and Tony together are pretty much guaranteed to do it. Two of my favourite people 🥰

A sensational interview that really encapsulates the spirit of Time Team and its development into a global phenomenon with dedicated fans everywhere. I don’t think its importance can be overestimated in its story telling ability to bring the whole of human history to its audience. Thank you both so much for this wonderful exposition of our favourite programme and may Time Team continue long into the future. You and everyone involved do really valuable work.

What a pleasure. Both such great ‘speakers’/presenters. I don’t suppose that book is on Kindle for .99p yet? Christmas list.

RubeusHagrid

Is it fiction or nonfiction? I’m a history /nonfiction reader.

What wonderful kismet that Chan4 wanted Tony to present and lo and behold he’s an actual archeology student. Too perfect!

wayne melberg

So wonderful to see you together again! You're both treasures and look forward to some new discoveries and adventures! Blessings!

Sherryl Whitehead

What a fabulous presentation. So much fun to listen to and lots of good info about your times together on Time Team. Yes Tony you really must go to the Ness of Brodgar for the July Dig.

Really enjoyed listening to your conversation. With respect to Sutton Hoo we wondered about the Bromeswell Bucket. Given its beauty and that it must have been created by highly skilled artisans, what would its original purpose have been for? Certainly not for domestic chores like hauling water or mopping floors.

I love your commentary and your wit. Many more years are my wish for you and TT. Susan Neff, Vancouver Washington USA
