Our digital mapping of Time Team's 2021 sites with Pete Spencer continues, as we turn now to the Iron Age Settlement in the far reaches of wild Cornwall.

There are still a few crucial steps to go in the modelling process, but we hope you'll agree it's getting just a little bit exciting now!

As a computer geek with some knowledge about the Blender software I found this to be really interesting... Thanks, and more please 🙏

John Matthew IV

This is amazing! I can hardly wait until there are shovels in the ground!

E Anna Johnson

Very interesting. Absolute magic , Thank you

Robert Wise

Blender! Yes! I used it for several years to illustrate how to track animals, and the concepts of tracking. I love Blender! 3D graphics is the best … then gets better when you add time as another dimension! Really great to see it used here! With the right PC, and plenty of cooling, imagination is the limit… Now I’m eagerly anticipating many future layers!

Mark Schippel

Wonderful information, thank you. Will the data be available for download?

Don Cook

Great stuff!! Such skill is beyond me; and i salute You Pete Spencer!!

Leah Kotok

So cool to see! (Also, I was perhaps just a little distracted by Pete's cute dog in the background. LOL!)

Rodrick Rigden

Absolutely loved the talk however the greyhound playing in the background stole my heart. Only the best people adopt greyhounds.

Sarah Holloway

Clever stuff and loved the dog in the background lol

Jude Edling

I want to see more of Pete's Greyhound!!!! I have owned and fostered retired racers and adore greyhounds. Please what the darling's name? Time Team has the finest people!

I so appreciate the work in putting together all the info that you get from maps, from Stewart, from John and then slap it all together to create these digital images to show us what the place looks like now and what it would of look like back in the time of those that lived there. Interesting. I have been a family genealogist researcher for 28 yrs, and all that I have found and dug up on both Paul and My family, i am making sure that it is all digital and online, since I have no one to leave all my work to, so later in life, after I am gone, OUR family history will still be in Genealogy databases to help others. currently working on researching though our DNA to find more of our ancestors. not an easy task, and I am still learning, but have been able to PROVE some of my distant ancestors thus far:-)

Brian Morgan

I'd like to know what software you're using for all the 3D modelling.

Cheryl Kurucz

Fabulous that was so enjoyable to listen to and watch! Thank you
