Xix says it in the beginning of this episode (11:07 ), but he mentions Zepo and Bepo his theory being they are brothers. But Oda does confirm this in an SBS I believe, that Zepo was Bepo's older brother just like Xix said! Just some fun facts that aren't mentioned in the anime directly! 😁
