The PRT/Media has been unable to communicate this mysterious cape wreaking havoc on Brockton's Bay's criminal underbelly. They still need to give him a name, however, and decided on the alias...

Black Cloud

Hitman would be a good PRT given alias. As he has yet to perform anything else actually noteworthy, save for th killing of henchmen, it's the only one that makes sense.

Greeny

If the PRT would give the name then myth names wound really make sense for a simple placeholder name. How about Judicator, that’s a good name
