...masquerading as DSLRs and camcorders. Had some flashbacks to the very early days of YouTube with some of the quality here.

The best parts are when it cuts from crap-o-quality to the normal camera and it feels like a Hollywood movie or something!

I bought 4 cameras from Wish and got what I deserved | Ashens

Support the channel if you like: https://www.patreon.com/ashens Looking for a new camera on a budget? Then this video will be completely useless for you, as it only features cameras that aren't any good! We've got a fake DSLR that's effectively a bad webcam in a massive shell, a fake compact that's exactly the same, a terrible camcorder and - for 3 times the price - a less terrible but still naff camcorder! And they only took about 7 months to arrive! Thanks Wish. Thish. #Wish #Cameras #Ashens

Somewhere in my heart there’s a star that shines for these.

The plastic used in these could have been anything, how sad

Silver splits the blue.

I lost it at the "it would have fucking floated away". Almost as good as when you washed the blind bag contents down the drain.

I swear I had a VHS-C camcorder with a better picture than those gave. Definitely improved audio for sure!

Ashens

Absolutely. Even a bottom-tier VHS-C would have been much improved in both video and audio!

I bought an "action camera" a couple of years back on the exact same premise. Hey if this is like my old sony Ericsson it'll be great.... Oh the horror. It was not 5 mega pixel as advertised. I doubt it was even any megapixel.

I really do love that kind of early 00s bad Webcam look, a pastime of mine is going around with an old digital camera and taking pictures of things that would fit that time period like old cars or signs

My personal worst camera was a waterproof Polaroid digital camera- I'd bought 2 for a project. The photos were better than these, but one of them leaked the second time it went in the water. Worst of all was the menu- the firmware seemed to be for a different camera, as it told me to push buttons that weren't on the camera. For instance. I couldn't set the date, as it told me to press 'set', which didn't exist as a button, and the button that did exist, labelled 'OK', closed the menu without saving changes.
