I think it's about time for another bloody Q&A. Innit.

Please leave your questions below and I'll answer them in a video in a week or so!

Bram

What are your favourite “nerdy” places to visit in england? Im talking about museums, shops etc.

Not Susan.

How much notice did you have to give your merchandising team when you shaved your head?

Michael Buchan

Out of all the content you've produced, what has turned out to be significantly less or more popular than you expected?

Rob L

What happened to the cat food that was heavily discussed during the last Q+A? Also, apologies if this has been asked before, but what's the weirdest,, most unexpected and/or most memorable thing you've been given at a convention or meet up etc?

Michael Belcher

I seem to remember a lifetime ago you were affiliated with Channel Awesome. Did you see many benefits from working with a larger group like that? Any particular frustrations?

Voni Lawper

How hard has it been to find stock in Poundland and other tat emporiums this year?

Xen Infinity

Having done the Polybius Heist film, you and your crew have joined the lofty ranks of cinematic criminal history - which could arguably qualify you for a cameo in one of the Payday: The Heist videogames. I won't ask you to comment on whether or not they have already, but if the developers contacted you to ask if you'd like to be a playable heister, do you think you'd accept and what would you want your skillset to be?

CrispyBoii

How often do you get stopped in the street/recognised where you live?

James Clare

what is father christmas bringing you for christmas?

Michael Gonzalez

Has lockdowns/restrictions impaired you ability to find tat from Poundland.

Simon Gifford

Do you find it harder to make videos during lockdown?

Matthew Stogdon

What board game have you wanted to get round to playing but haven't been able to yet due to ..oh I don't know.. a global plague?

FH4Player6397

Why did you stop making BarShens videos?

Cathy Collins

How did you and Barry meet and what was the defining moment that made you realise you were going to be friends? 😊

Travis L

What's your typical process for finding new items for videos/reviews?

Alex Segal

What are your thoughts on the AVGN? I would one day like to see you two collaborate. Also, please review something in the room in 30 seconds or less. Thank you.

Shadow of Light

Of all the tat you have reviewed over the years, which 3 have you found the most intriguing / memorable and which 3 did you wish you had never seen (ie the most awful)? Any chance of doing more Poundland Special or other food reviews? When the craziness in the world subsides, I'm planning on coming to the UK for my 5th visit. I am hoping to meet with Barry Lewis and cash in my pizza coupons. Would you care to join us?

Steve ‘Wonderspons’

Just a random question that popped into my head, what kind of music do you like to listen too? Any specific genre or artist? Thanks for all you do, I've loved the streams you've done/are doing with Paul and Ash on the 'spooky' software and Argos catalogues :) Hope you are well!

Michael Dunn

Are you going to make advent calendar videos this year?

Terrum

Did anything memorable happen during the filming of The Polybius Heist? :)

Aisling

Do you have any plans to release your own video game one day?

Jeremy Abel

Chunky or smooth peanut butter?

Why Is That Moth Running

Do you still have a dog? (I doubt Oscar is still going :-( hope he had a long happy life) Did you manage to get at least a partial refund at that hotel where you reviewed your room (the one where you had a REALLY good reason for not using the kettle)?

Paul Jacobson

What are your favourite other youtube channels? and do you watch similar stuff to what you create or something different?

Blackfingers

Do you plan on doing any more blind bag reviews? Those were always great fun.

Jonathan Ramsaywack

Is there a joystick out there worse than the Bart Simpson one?

Peter Miles

What game have you played, new or retro, that gave you the strongest feeling of 'I know what they were trying to pull off, but oh god they failed at it'? Conversely, has a game given you the feeling of 'I don't know what they were trying to do, but they definitely didn't do it'?

Reed Naylor

Have you ever had someone legitimately confuse you with Simon Pegg or is it just a meme

Ninereels

Now, the movie is over. What are you going to do with all your free time?

Talkren

What is a cheap thing in your collection that you absolutely love? Also, with your second feature length movie done, do you find that making a feature film is more difficult, creatively, than having a youtube channel for this many years? Lastly, is Benny also a Clanker Man or are these separate universes?

Michael D.

What was the topic of your doctoral dissertation?

Michael Muto

Will we ever see a behind the scenes video on how you shoot videos?

Mark Dennehy

Star Cops or Moonbase 3 and why?

Dan Stevenson

Will we ever see the return of Noseybonk?

Bram

Lets hope avgn wont start singing ;)

Daniel Rough

Hello! I was wondering why did you decide to do a PhD and what you were hoping to do as Dr Ashen before you became Ashens?

Anonymous

Anything in your collection you have had imported from Japan (and if so, what store/proxy would you recommend)?

Martin Dobler

With telly being now the crazy old uncle, YouTube becoming the big daddy, and Twitch being the new cool kid on the block, where do you think the future of the industry behind moving pictures is heading to? Alternative question: You and Barry are sometimes described as workaholics. Is there any truth to that or is it just Internet rumour? / Any thoughts on that?

Steven Feary

Over the years of watching your videos and knowing you have a Degree in Psychology or some such, I always thought your use of the photo of Mentski flashing up or being subtly shown might be a psychological experiment on your viewers. Or is it just a bit of fun?

ItzSmashley

Any ideas on what protocol omicron will be if you reach 1000 patreon backers?

Andrew Findlay

Will you ever do another Ashens Box?

Adam Llewellyn

First off, I thoroughly enjoyed The Polibius Heist. Well done all. As someone who has made stuff before, I often get very anxious before releasing stuff. It's clear that you and the director worked tirelessly on this for a very long time. My question is how do you stifle the nerves before you drop something like TPH? And was it worse this time round than with Gamechild? Bonus question. Will the third one be about tracking down the mythical creator of Hong Kong 97?

TheToadElevator

When are you gonna call us on the telephone?!

Richard

What is your opinion on irn bru and would you like to join my irn bru cult

Kelly Michelle

Have you considered growing out your beard and becoming a Menski clone?

Steven Feary

Addendum, I was just watching some old videos of yours and saw the King of Shaves advert you did. I noticed Yannis (from the Polybius Heist) is your waiter in the ad, coincedence or did he become a contact after this ad?
