So many times, I feel I take my maple syrup for granted. I use it in so much stuff like my mead, bbq sauces, I just made butter tarts today with it, and I even use a lip gloss that tastes like maple syrup on the daily. It's everywhere and in everything here. My heart bleeds for those that may not have it so good.
