The first page of An Eldritch Love Affair is finally here, which means we will also start showcasing some of our WIPs and insights hehe.

BunnyBones played around with style through the concept art stage enough, that when she eventually showed us this page and the final version, we were blown away.

[SPOILERS AHEAD]

I wanted the first page to be a bit of a red herring: playing with the tropes of office romances, older, senior co-workers and all that is expected from that kind of stories.

The him that Charlotte talks about is not her superior: it is EERIE.

I thought it'd be cute and funny as the story develops, that we learn that Charlotte is very much not that type of woman: she does not find others' authority sexy, she finds her own authority sexy, and she prefers her prospective partners to be mind-bending beings, rather than men that brag about taking their coffee black because they're sweet enough.
