Insightful Throwback Perspective Function: [ACTIVE]

As Dee's move is fast approaching, we thought about going into the bowels of what made Infernal Flowers what is now: rockstars and band banter. Otto featured heavily in the vignettes that Dee 'Duski' Loveless used to share about the band.

He's an incredibly compelling character, and so much of his story and vibes contributed to my own gender epiphany; something I've mentioned before. Otto's backstory is one of brutality, of a broken spirit and inexhaustible resilience: quite difficult not to endear yourself to the guy. And then he's just an insufferable diva, which makes you kinda detest him slightly.

Those vignettes that I mentioned were perfect for Dee to get the tone and banter down for the cast of Infernal Flowers, but it also provided her with a very common OC symptom: vignette exposition. So much of what she wanted to explore in comic, was lightly explored outside of it: especially the NSFW episodes heh.

Now, a few years later, with the changes that we've established, we're set on exploring these characters in more organic ways, which leads us to our little announcement:

Infernal Flowers: Chapter 1 will be divided in 2 Issues!

Each issue will be 20+ pages of comic, plus all the extra goodness you've come to expect from us peppered in for good measure heh. This is mainly because we want to give you a complete experience sooner rather than what would happen if we'd keep the first chapter the way it's currently written: the first physical book coming out '27/28 hah.

Althouuuugh, doing a Kickstarter with the compiled work with extra good shit is still our goal heh. But there we are: just a little change to how Chapter 1 will come out, and some nostalgic illustrations for y'all. Hope you've enjoyed it! <3
