I’m sure Kesh would do it more than willingly—she might even be tempted to—but she worries there might be people who don’t like certain things, and stories of this kind are primarily for them. He'll probably just end up being a cuckolded voyeur. Maybe—who knows? Kesh could create a double ending. The problem is that this is a series, so all subsequent stories certainly wouldn't take a different ending—namely, TG—into account.
