Lady Agatha as she has become known as, is seen as the Matriarchal leader of the Sisterhood.

Purposely appearing on the side lines of every event staged by sisterhood, she has in fact been secretly positioning herself to take the seat vacated by the fall of Melissa Cresswell in the Metamorphosis storylines, a fall that she organised meticulously from the wings. 

She also holds the written knowledge of the Circle’s beginnings and pretends to not have the gift that pure blood females have, while in truth she is one of the most adept females of the Circle bloodline and if alone with anyone below the rank of a 2nd blood Angel, will use her power of suggestion and manipulation to get them to do anything she wanted them to do… In a conversation between Grace and Maggie Katzoff in BS4 Maids, Grace tells Maggie that if Agatha wanted to, “she could make jumping off a building seem a good idea”  

She is rumoured to be the oldest living Circle 1st blood and has rejuvenated her aging body at least once, an act that also got her in trouble with the then Melissa owned Sisterhood, as it resulted in her being cast out of the Sisterhood, an act she orchestrated herself, so she could go underground and build her religious sect, the Sacred Feminine, which she is building as the faith all females will follow and will eventually lead to the emasculation of all males.
