I was wondering when the dialogue read that Derrick needed a "older stronger wife" is that meant Amber was going to get big. Looks like this content drop answers my question. None of the Ladies so far have been truly fat, but it look like Amber will be filling (heh) that role. Just how much bigger we will find out soon huh

Interesting changes to the ladies, as always. One question though: how did the difference between Amber and Ruby happened? They seemed to receive the same “treatment” in the clinic.

The pills are what changes them, they work much like the shower system, the tearduct, but are not as quick as the Dilipidating machine... :)
