It’s here!

The Heroes Infinite platform where you’ll have all your files stored in one place, a beautiful and easy to browse interface, all your loyalty rewards instantly delivered to your account, better pricing than anywhere else on past releases and much more is now live!

And you can jump in right now!

-- I 'm ready now, I want in! --

Over 100 very enthusiastic beta testers have already made the move, here is what they have to say:

“The site is awesome. Having access to all previous STL's is amazing. I've downloaded one so far and it was smooth and the file opened clean. The site and the concepts you've put into it very much supports my use of the stl's for my hobbying. I love your products and have felt very supported by you from the customer service side. Keep up the good work.” - Kenneth Williams

“Hey All,

Love what I’m seeing so far.

I am ecstatic that the overall file downloads as well as individual files, with images, are available. Everything looks great on my mobile in terms of UI, and I will explore the browser experience later. Thanks for the great system.” - Paul Goodwin

“The site looks very nice. I like that it is simple and clean which makes it easy to navigate. The check off feature is neat and might come in handy for tracking things. I also really like the pictures for each model.

I like being able to see what each item is without clicking on it. The purchase history, under settings, is a nice touch. It's cool to have a record of what you've been a part of supporting.” - Joshua Goss

“Part of the beta and loving it!! For those that know Loot studios it's very similar and I am also glad it's separate from MMF.” - Michelle Oakes

“ I’ve been a patron since the beginning, and I am blown away with the number of miniatures you provide each month. And you nailed it again with this website. You guys go the extra mile for your patrons and always deliver. I think it’s a great idea. It’s user friendly and it does provide added value.” - Patrick

Wow! Oh, ok, we are blushing already… Thank you so much to our beta testers, who provided valuable insights to make things better. So happy you guys like it so much, we’ve put a lot of hard work into it!

-- I want in! --

Welcome Home!

With this new platform, we wanted to welcome you home!

We wanted to give you a place where we can give you, both practically and visually, the best possible experience and share with you stuff in ways we cannot do on other platforms because of their limitations. Our goal is always to give you more while providing you with the best possible bespoke 3D printing journey.

The paint is still a bit wet, some trimmings have not yet been installed as more functions and content will roll out in the coming months. But you can already come and settle in, everything you need for a cool start is up and running!

-- Ok, I want to go there! --

All the benefits

Once you’ve created your account on HeroesInfinite.com, you’ll have access to all the platform’s benefits:

  • You’ll get a clearer view of what’s there with better filing and presentation so that you can right away see what’s in each file.
  • You’ll finally get all your loyalty rewards directly in your account. Managing loyalty rewards very quickly became a total mess a few months ago because of the lack of customer management tools on Patreon and some changes they’ve introduced in the few tools we had. Now when you are on HeroesInfinite.com, this will be seamless.
  • You’ll free up  storage on your hard drive because everything will be stored for you in the cloud. And by the end of September, all the previous releases files you’ve paid for will be there too.
  • You’ll very soon be able to purchase directly the releases you might have missed at an unbeatable price you will not get anywhere else!
  • You’ll be sure that whatever happens on other platforms in the future, your files will remain available. As Raging Heroes, we’ve been creating miniatures for many more years before anybody launched businesses or platforms for miniature 3d printing, so you know we are here to stay.
  • You’ll have easy, well cataloged access to previous collections you might have missed in the past and might want to get your hands on.
  • You’ll get all the trailers and images from previous releases, well organized and stored for easy access in case you need them for reference. No need to scroll endlessly on the Patreon page to locate the images you are looking for. This is not completely done yet but will be done during September.
  • Soon to be added Patrons’ gallery where you’ll see some very cool work from the community.
  • Exclusive low pricing on past collections only for HeroesInfinite.com subscribers
  • More features coming

-- Awesome, let's do this! --

Questions?

You may be wondering:

  • “You’re positive that I won’t be billed on Patreon and on Heroes Infinite at the same time, right?” YES! More on this when you click the link below.
  • “Will I have access to all my previous Heroes Infinite files with my account?” YES!
  • “Can I pay with Paypal?” YES!
  • “Will my loyalty rewards be there in my account?” YES (implementation in early September)

To know all the details about these questions and others, and to get easy instructions about how to set up your account, click on the link below and let us be your guide.

-- Great, I want to sign up! --

That’s all for today!

If you have any questions, we will be available over the weekend on the instant chat system on the HeroesInfinite.com website.

You can also leave us a message through the contact form on the HeroesInfinite.com website.

We'll keep an eagle eye on both chat and inbox so rest assured that we'll get back to you at the first opportunity :)

PS: We’ll be monitoring the live chat and emails most of the weekend. However we may have a lot of messages to answer at once. Please don’t worry if you don’t get an answer right away, we’ll get back to you as soon we are available.

Also, please keep in mind that most of the Heroes Infinite team members are not native english speakers. They may sometimes have creative grammar and spelling but they’ll make sure you get the answers you need :)

This looks great! Just made my subscription there and waiting for my account to be activated, and it does look a lot like what Loot does.

Chuu

This looks cool, but are we still going to have access to the files on myminifactory? Or are our subscriptions going to be split? Will we be able to see purchases we made on my mini factory on this new site?

HeroesInfinite
>>66687233

Interesting question. At this point in time, anything you purchased on MMF stays on MMF and is not brought back into HeroesInfinite.com. But I'm going to add this to our proposed features, and see if and how this can be implemented in the near future. Thanks for bringing it up!

Katy Mallard

OK i subscribed on your system! But just a question.. the money i was just charge is it for the september release? Because i own the august release already

Baronesa
>>66687551

there was a code to make the charge go to zero on the instructions so it would start charging in september

JXG

If we want stay on Patreon (I like to keep all my subscriptions in one place) will we still be able to use the new site to access all our older purchases?

HeroesInfinite
>>66687614

I totally understand. However, at the moment this is not possible :( I'm adding it to the future suggested features , though.

Ben Baccaert

Excited about this, now awaiting the confirmation e-mail. Just surprised the 'region' was a required field in the address for Belgium as they only officially exist since march this year. I had to look mine up XD.

HeroesInfinite
>>66688689

Good one :) Indeed, it's always a bit annoying for countries that do not use routinely use regions in their addresses. But this is defined by our payment processor (SamCart), we don't actually get to touch that info ourselves.

HeroesInfinite
>>66689105

I understand your concerns. Please know that both the website and the payment system are on 2 reputable solid platforms that are used throughout the web worldwide by millions of customers. Furthermore, your payment info is secured via Stripe and Paypal, exactly like it is on Patreon. If you prefer to wait, however, please do so. We will make sure to do a better job to clearly inform our subscribers about the safety of the platforms we use. That being said, please remember that we have been in business with Raging Heroes since 2009 and have never had any security issues as, once again, we only work with reputable and proven platforms.

Dwayne Hinton
>>66689140

awesome for you. GREAT WONDERUFUL. i can't access my old files unless i sub on that new site. so fuck that

HeroesInfinite
>>66689140

Please change your tone, it is not acceptable to my team and the community . You could download your files during the month that they were available, and if you missed them, you can contact us and we'll provide you a link to download. Don't come on this new platform if you don't feel good about it.

Glitterwolf

Maybe a stupid question but on Patreon I sometimes drop a month or so. Some themes aren't my thing. Now what will happen when I do that on the new site? Will I still have access to all I got just don't get charged that month? Or will it go away till I return for a month I like?

Aubrey Ramage Lay

I am super excited about this but I have a question, if we bought old packs on MMF will those be on our account as well? Because if so that would be awesome!

eyflfla
>>66690355

I very much want to know the answer to this. I paid for the first 5 months on MMF and would love to have official HI credit.

HeroesInfinite
>>66690355

I totally understand. At the moment this is not possible, as it actually did not come up as we were preparing this platform. But be assured that I've now added it to the future suggested features and we'll keep you posted on this in late September.

eyflfla
>>66687551

Can confirm. I made the same mistake (twice!) and got it resolved in under 10 minutes. :)

Dwayne Hinton
>>66689140

there's no tone to change, if i could block you on here, i already would have. you won't see or hear from me again.

ELREYULTIMO

So, will my past subscribed months' rewards eventually go on my account, even if I took months off inbetween?

Aubrey Ramage Lay
>>66690355

That would be great, just to keep it all together, but it isn’t really super important as the files on MMF aren’t going anywhere!

Lisa Kellogg

I was a beta tester and the system works great. The beta tester were those who were with them from the first month so as you can tell I love INFINITE HEROES and I will follow them wherever I have to to keep getting the best printable mini's in the world. As a side note I also subscribe to another non patreon monthly subscription and the concept really does work for those who are displeased with this. I think a lot of the patreons will be leaving Patreon fully or partially soon for various reasons so this is to be expected in the near future. I am all for it.

Solinity

is the price the same on both platforms? The overlord tier looks more than I was expecting but that could be due to different currencies. Does the site use a fixed exchange rate or are we exposed to the FX fluctuation by a $ denominated price? Also is there VAT to add to the price showing for UK subscribers? Sorry for all the questions, I didnt' see anything in the info on it so thought I'd check before deciding to move

Ashe

Will the new site have notifications? I like Patreon because every time there is an update, I get a notification on my phone.

Big Kris Bee

Why is it so much more expensive than Patreon?

Caleb

Just joined! Everything is there and saved.

Caleb
>>66697674

Prices are the same though? Overlord for me is $16 on patreon and now $16 on their website. Same price.

HeroesInfinite
>>66697674

The prices are USD$16 for Overlord and USD$10 for Leader, + tax where applicant, same as our Patreon. But Patreon sets the exchange rate every 6 months and rounds to round number. Whereas our payment provider charges at the current exchange rate. So it may go slightly up or down depending on exchange rates. So may be more or less advantageous depending on the months, for what we are told.

HeroesInfinite
>>66692921

George Crego

Thank you for listening to feedback and giving us file storage.

B. Griffith

So you HAVE to stop using Patreon and subscribe to the separate site to get the backups? I was willing to put up with an alternative to MMF, but an alternative to Pateon is just too darned inconvenient.

Michael Hudick

Pretty seamless. I made a mistake and Raphaelle sorted me out. The website is pretty well designed.

B. Griffith
>>66691761

I wonder, if every creator is on their own website instead of Patreon, how new customers will ever FIND them. I only know of Loot Studios, for instance, because they saturate MMF with ads (that they have to pay for). Ads that, ironically, I only saw because I was onMMF because of Patreon. I’m sure Patreon is annoying for a creator to work with, but it’s main benefit is exposure and advertising! Without it, you’re your own tiny island in the internet ocean.

Eternal Reverie
>>66701043

Same for me. At some point, its a smaller hassle to just unsubscribe from Heroes Infinite, than to keep up with their nonsense ....

Kainvampire
>>66701043

Honestly i don't get it, most major patreon use mmf, they wanted to do something different but maybe this is not what was needed, we just wanted a storage for files owned, not a totaly different platform to pay on. Will probably unsubscribe definitely with them

Paul H
>>66701043

I guess I'm in the very different boat of being delighted that I can get one more creator I support off Patreon. When the day comes that I don't have to use this site at all I'll be happy.

B. Griffith
>>66701043

Why is that, Paul H? I’m just curious. Patreon could definitely be improved, but if I had to keep track of 17 different websites for this month’s subscriptions, plus another 19 that I’m watching for things that I might like, I’d go stark raving mad! It would be impossible. With them all in one place, I just check my Patreon posts each morning.

wordflyer
>>66701043

I get that it's not convenient at first, but Loot has been doing this from the beginning and it's a much better experience overall.

Henry Falsename

I am very excited for this because I like you guys I signed up for this because of a question I asked on my MiniFactory and you guys were so kind. But I really hate Pateron, as a company and everything. So If I can just pay you I am more than happy. You have always been kind and gracious in your responses to me. Good luck to you in this endeavour and once I know everything is right I will no longer be here only over there :)

Philobat

I subscribed but I never got a password?

Caleb
>>66718092

You should get an email soon. Took about 30 minutes for me.

DMmeepo

Sorry if someone already asked this. What happens if we stay subscribed on patreon and don't go to the other site?

Angela Basset

Love this setup so far! Looking forward to having all my files on there eventually. But I really like how everything is much more organized. I assume the "mark complete" is to keep track of which we've printed on our end?

Rob Leonard

I subscribed...I'm in...site looks good. Now I'm unsubscribing here...see you on the other side! :)

Danasaur

Dear Heroes Infinite team I love you. that is all Dana.

RogueGarou

Completely seamless transition. I like the site and I like not having to worry about keeping track of when files are updated and to be downloaded again.

RogueGarou

BTW, thank you Heroes Infinite team. You all have done great work and when I have had questions or problems, you have helped out quickly and efficiently. Thank you for all of that hard work over the past year. There is an old saying about some people being disagreeable to the point where if you gave them a gold bar, they would be upset because it was too heavy.

Glitterwolf

Right, I joined the new site and cancelled my Patreon. Do I understand correctly that the Loyalty Rewards and older Sets I pledged for will be added next month? Looks good so far.

Glitterwolf
>>66688689

I live in the Netherlands an used EU for the Region, Is this correct or do I need to alter that? If so, how?

Kristian

Joined up at Heroes Infinite and unsubscribed here. The site looks great! Am excited to be a member for times to come. It´s good to have all the files avaible at one place with a clean layout. Thank you for all the hard work!

HeroesInfinite
>>66730758

Thank you for subscribing and support! Currently only June, July and August’s release are available. The previous releases and loyalty rewards will be uploaded throughout the month of September. So once they are uploaded on the platform next month, you’ll get access in your library to all the releases you previously paid here on Patreon.

HeroesInfinite
>>66720099

Thank you for your support! Yes the "mark as complete" is to keep track on whether you downloaded the file or already printed it :)

HeroesInfinite
>>66718997

You don’t have to subscribe to Heroesinfinite.com and if you prefer, you can stay on Patreon! But we firmly believe that you will get a better customer journey on HeroesInfinite.com The platform will allow you to manage and store your STL files online. Plus, in the coming months, additional benefits will be made available to HeroesInfinite.com that won’t be available anywhere else. However, our Patreon page will remain active and you can still choose to process your subscription to Heroes Infinite through Patreon instead of HeroesInfinite.com.

CURTIS CRADDOCK

Are you going to provide previews and updates through the new site?

Aurelia

This system is pretty nice. It reminds me of Loot Studios which is arguably the smoothest download service I've used since starting to collect the dragon's hoard of STL files I've got. If it goes the same direction that they're using, then I can only see this being a positive. I've swapped from Patreon to that service for now. :)

Benikishi

Super Happy to have this site. I missed downloading two months, so once everything gets loaded up I'll be able to get those again. And I can clean up some space on my external for the files I don't plan to print too soon.

Ricky M

I guess I already messed up on the new site and forgot to copy the code over, small price to access previous months (I have to tell myself that to feel less foolish).

Thannak

Welp, I forgot to input the coupon code. Then I did it again with the coupon code. Any chance you could refund the first one please? Sorry.

Nick

How long until all of the past purchased projects show up on the new library?

Mike3DPrints

I have joined the new site and will be cancelling my membership here. Look forward to seeing your products on the new system!

HeroesInfinite
>>66781585

Hi Nick, Currently only June, July and August’s release are available. The previous releases will be uploaded throughout the month of September. midas
>>66788462

in other words: the price stayed the same, but now you see it with VAT included (as is the norm everywhere else in the world, except the US)

Eric B

I switched, my only concern is losing access to this forum and posts. Hopefully we get access through the webstore?

PhyrexianQueen
>>66803629

This is where I'm at too. I like the interaction one here and the other information provided through Patreon.

Nick
>>66781585

Thanks for the quick reply! Looking forward to the new site.

wordflyer
>>66691761

I found about both Heroes Infinite and Loot through word of mouth/hobby groups online. But no doubt, being able to go to a standalone website is a luxury for creators with marketing budget.

Scott Jeffs

Done! If you do this switch, be sure to follow the instructions completely. Tech note, although the first email from HI showed up in my inbox just fine, subsequent emails from HI showed up in the "junk" email folder (I use outlook.com). Be sure to check there if you have an over-zealous email provider like mine.

Daniel Domeisen
>>66803629

I hope they include a Forums on their site. I would LOVE to see the art of others in the community.

Dean P

I'm waiting for my e-mail to switch over now. Like others, I hope there will be capacity for community interaction on the new website. In particular, is there any way to add a comments section to the blog posts? I would very much like to still be able to see what others think about new releases, news, polls and see questions and answers that other people have already posted and answered right below the article in question.

TigerTone

I have just switched and am awaiting an email.

Atieno

wait im confused.... sorry. Do i have to transfer to the other system??? It's just i currently spend £12.50 each month for the overlord tier, but on the other site it says it wants to charge me $19.20 a month. (which even with currency conversion, is more than i currently pay and ill also be billed for the currency conversion itself by my bank) Sorry just trying to work out what i should be doing here.

Ty Melrose

I just set mine up so this might be my last post here? The good thing about it... I didn't know I had a Welcome set of STLs. LOL

Scott Jeffs
>>66891204

I found out that I had a loyalty award I wasn't aware of. Was a nice find.

HeroesInfinite
>>66888601

Overlord in UK is £12.50 + VAT. UK VAT is 20%, so you are currently paying £15 on Patreon, which is US$20.53, so more that you would pay on HeroesInfinite.com Patreon sets the exchange rate every 6 months and rounds to round number. Whereas our payment provider charges at the current exchange rate. Hence the difference.

HeroesInfinite
>>66803629

Thanks for this input! Totally agree! I've asked the crew to work on this in September, so stay tuned!

Incandescent Dragon Creations

so no EB tier on the webpage and one more place I have to manage. Will it also behave like patron and only charge you the difference if you change tiers?

Corey Hagopian
>>66687614

this is a deal breaker for me too. If I'm going to switch, I've been a backer since early bird and would want access to all my files and extras so I don't have to keep storing them all locally.

James Berryman

I have been a member since the start, will i no longer be able to have the Early Bird tier if I move? Selfishly it seems like im losing out if i move

Chad Challman

School started and I forgot to download August's release, and also didn't get a chance to jump onto the new site yet. So I'll be getting charged for September here. I'm assuming that if at some point this month I follow the instructions on the site, I won't have to pay to sign up on the new site, and get access to September there, and then get August as well once you finish uploading all our past releases?

HeroesInfinite
>>66920946

Our Patreon page will remain active and you can still choose to process your subscription to Heroes Infinite through Patreon instead of HeroesInfinite.com.

HeroesInfinite
>>66949125

Yes this is correct. You won't pay September on the new platform if you already paid in Patreon. Please follow the instructions on the blog post here: https://www.heroesinfinite.com/blog/welcome-home The important steps are to use the same email as on Patreon and to use and apply the coupon code as instructed to not pay twice for September.

HeroesInfinite
>>66945640

Hi James, yes the Early Bird Tier won't be available on the new platform but as a compensation, we will offer you Overlord Tier files from 2 previous releases of your choice.

Joy Doner

Will we still have access to polls and such here on Patreon if we switch to your site?

HeroesInfinite
>>66987338

We'll be working in September to adding polls and comments to HeroesInfinite.com. Our subscribers' feedback is invaluable to us, and not something we want to lose! However, unless a post or a poll is Patrons-only, you should be able to comment even if you're not a patron on Patreon.

Studio Silvernale

New service doesn't work for me. My payment failed 3 times so I came back on patreon.

Anthony lye

will we get charged twice if we set up an account

Chris Richards

Where are the September Files? Do I have to switch to the new site to get them?

Geoff Claridge

I was just charged twice, despite this message saying we wouldn't be charged twice...

Cornelius

Good morning, two days ago I was charged through Patreon, today I got a notification through PayPal I'm being charged again through the new website. When the move was announced I inserted the code that was provided and checked out with zero owing on the new website 4 days ago. I'm assuming it takes 3 or 4 days for the download link for this month? Nonetheless, I'd appreciate some communication, thanks in advance.

Tandrec

Your new service looks great, but could you add a link for the entire release, or one for pre-sup and a second for unsup please, in addition to each categories? Merci d'avance

David Aleshire

how come the overlord files are not available on the website for ANY of the months i bought? they all SAY overlord on them but when i click and download the complete folder or look at individual folders underneath it ONLY shows leader content, there is no overlord content anywhere for any of them

Lightweight

Why did I get charged by patreon AND the new site? Is this a bug?

Erik Bohl

I absolutely love the Dark Elves, these are hands-down your best work so far. But what happens if I unsubscribe to your new service in the future? Do I retain the account and the ability to download files for those months I had been subscribed for when I stop paying for new months, or will I lose access to that as soon as I unsubscribe? Is there no way to set up a permanent file access account without payment information being required, such as My Mini Factory or the like?

Erik Bohl

I've had some bad experiences with this sort of thing in the past. I know that I can unsubscribe from Patreon at any point, there's no risk there. But I've run into issues with other STL subscriptions that use their own site. Like Loot Studios... I tried them out, but you have to literally email them in order to unsubscribe and when I tried they simply ignored it repeatedly and billed me for months after. I had to deactivate my credit card in order to get out of the subscription. This set up seems similar to that, which makes me a bit apprehensive.

HeroesInfinite
>>67078941

Hi Geoff, I just checked your profile and you didn’t cancel your Patreon subscription after subscribing to HeroesInfinite.com and forgot Step 11 in the instructions we provided. So you’ve been charged twice for September’s release: once on Patreon and once on HeroesInfinite.Com. I just sent you a refund on Patreon for September's release but please cancel your Patreon subscription to our page: www.patreon.com/pledges to avoid this issue next month. Raphaelle

HeroesInfinite
>>67063413

If you are currently a Patreon and use the coupon code as instructed in the blog post here: https://www.heroesinfinite.com/blog/welcome-home, you won't be charged twice. Please make to copy/paste the coupon and click on apply. If you forget the coupon, please don't try to subscribe again, just send a email to HeroesInfinite@ragingheroes.com and we'll get this sorted out for you. Raphaelle

HeroesInfinite
>>67152379

Hi David, as stated in our Welcome Home blog post, currently only the files from June, July, August and September are available. The previous releases will become available during September. Raphaelle

HeroesInfinite
>>67222385

Hi, as you didn't cancel your Patreon subscription after subscribing to our new platform, you’ve been charged twice for September’s release: once on Patreon and once on HeroesInfinite.Com. I just sent you a refund on Patreon for September's release and sent you an email last Sunday. Raphaelle

David Watts

Just got my access and everything looks good so far. I have made purchases through MMF as well as the Christmas project I backed. Will that be available eventually on the new site as well as the older sets you put out on patreon?

HeroesInfinite
>>67255035

As Raging Heroes, we have been in business since 2009, and customer service is an obsession with us. So be assured that if anything is amiss, we are easily reachable. And that we would never want you to stay subscribed for something to which you get no value. You comment tells me nevertheless to make sure that there are additional channels for our subscribers to reach out to if they need billing assistance. I'll add this to the FAQ later today.

Mike Huber

Yeah... I followed Steps 1 through 6 and I'm still waiting for an E-mail confirmation from you peeps a few days ago. I thought that I might have done something wrong and did it again and still no confirmation. What's going on?

HustlerTwo
>>68017177

Try checking your spam folder if you haven't. I just switched today and the welcome email and several others from their site have all gone there for me.

Randy Nelson

When will we see a preview for October?
