Hey guys, what's with the limited time discount code? I just joined for this month and the code is already expired... I was planning to get a few extra pieces from the MMF using the discount... Also last month models were never added to my MMF library. Do you even do that? Or we just have to hope our HDDs don't give out at some point and we lose the models. C'mon what's going on here? We pay the USD16 expecting no better but at least an equivalent level of service to other design studios. Please kindly look into that.

Hi Ivaylo, Thanks for your message! I've just checked and on the above post, it is written that the discount code for the products on MMF only works before April the 8th. As you joined our Patreon on April 17th, the above discount code is not available anymore. As for a storage space, we cannot add the files to your MMF account, but if you switch to our below platform: heroesinfinite.com/blog/welcome-home all the files you have paid on Patreon (and that you'll pay for on Heroes Infinite) + the loyalty reward files will be made available to you in the library from which you'll be able to download them whenever and as many times you want (if you have not moved yet to our own site, please read all the instructions (password included so that you don't pay anything on Heroes Infinite this month) and watch the video on the above site before subscribing). Then, the only thing you need to do is to cancel your Patreon subscription to our page: patreon.com/pledges before the end of the month. Otherwise, Patreon will bill you for next month's release and you will end up paying twice. Hope this helps, Enjoy and stay in contact at any time :) Best regards, Ioana
