POV: A friend finds you in the middle of a panic attack and gently gives you instructions to help guide you through it. They have you sit or lie down in a comfortable spot, breathe with you, walk you through a grounding technique called "5,4,3,2,1", lead you through a meditative exercise, and offer their support and encouragement.~ Script: PrinceInYellowArtwork: AnushPaintAudio: Dreams of Peaches

Thank you for this Peachy. Always nice to have a friend to rely on when these things happen.

I have used that grounding technique before, more times than I can count. Thank you for providing this audio, Peaches. This helps me in a lot of ways 🥺💜

Ty so much for this. I’ve only really had one big panic attack in my life and it was one of the worst experiences ever. Felt like my heart was failing on me and I took me forever to eventually stop breathing really fast and fall back asleep and even then by the morning I was still shaky and couldn’t stop thinking awful thoughts. Really appreciate this can be here to help people relax and feel better. Ty ❤️‍🩹

The timing on this audio is crazy. Had a pretty severe panic attack/breakdown last week and have been feeling off since. You always seem to have an audio to help me out. Thank you, Peaches

This is an amazing audio, Peaches! Thank you for making it. You always know the best ideas to bring to life!

I do have occasional intense panic attacks when I feel out of my depth but also some subtle ones(thankfully less often now). But I also look back and remember where I was and how far I come. So once im out of it or overcome it I see it as an indicator that im growing and pushing the boundaries of what im capable of, kinda like i reached a new level in a game. Nevertheless I can still feel and resonate what its like and your beautiful soothing voice calms the internal insecurities and storm of panic and anxiety. Thank you Peaches 🍑 you're the best

Although I haven't had a panic attack, I have certainly had moments where I felt overwhelmed. This audio helped give me the emotional support I needed, especially when I'm still uncertain about the new casual job I started this week. This was grounding and the exercises were pretty helpful I'd say. Thank you for this Peaches, I think maybe I needed this or something. Excellent work as always Peaches!♥️

Thank you so much for this Peachy. I love your more roleplay audios, and I especially love the catharsis ones, but this is so simple and needed sometimes. This month's been stressful, so the timing is perfect for me 💚

You have the perfect voice for helping through panic attacks. It's so reassuring and comforting.

I never expected an audio like this, nor for it to be what that art was used for, but it's REALLY good. If I ever have a panic attack, I'll remember this method. Your such a constant source of comfort. Thank you so much, Peaches.

I've never had a true panic attack before, but I've definitely had moments where felt like I would never get a hold of myself. I'll be sure to use this next time it happens. Thank you co much, Peaches. Your voice is such a sweet, soothing blessing. 🥰💜

I never could have guessed, she literally was looking out for us. Happy to say Ive never had a panic attack, but Ive met people who have it. Maybe in the future Ill use this exercise. Grounding is useful, from what Ive understood.
