sharing some wips from my latest drawing

only a sketch this time

did some doodles before the final, detailed a few the doodle to add shadow testing

had in mind a sunset or moonlight idea, is the one i liked the most but honestly wasn't too suited for a sketch, but for a full colored drawing, so i discarded it and went for a neutral lighting, which honestly looks good but is weird because canonically the anime setting is before electric lighting?, but for a backgroundless graytone sketch i personally think low light it doesn't fit that good

and sharing the final lineart before clean shading, which also is tricky to do in this anime, is pretty thin and with texture
