FOI is built on trust between our artists, models, team, and members.

We have recently identified cases where FOI collections, videos, Drive files, and member-only releases appear to be being shared, reposted, or resold without permission. These works are created through significant investment in production, travel, direction, editing, archive management, and the trust of the people involved.

Please understand clearly:

FOI content is for personal viewing only.It may not be copied, downloaded for redistribution, screen-recorded, reposted, forwarded, shared through Drive, uploaded elsewhere, traded, or resold in any form.

This notice is being issued to give anyone involved an opportunity to remove all unauthorized material voluntarily.

You have 7 days from this post to:

Remove any FOI photos, videos, folders, previews, or links you have shared or uploaded.

Stop any resale, trade, reposting, or distribution activity immediately.

Remove FOI material from websites, social accounts, Telegram, Discord, Drive folders, marketplaces, groups, or private chats.

Contact us directly if you need to clarify any material connected to your account.

After the 7-day period, FOI Studios will take serious action where necessary, including removal of membership and Drive access, preservation of evidence, platform copyright reports, and further action available to us.

We do not want to take action against supporters. Most FOI members respect the work, the models, and the private archive. But protecting this work is necessary for FOI to continue creating premium projects responsibly.

Thank you to every genuine member who supports FOI with respect.

FOI Studios is actively tracking unauthorized distribution through copyright records, photo metadata, protected archive data, member-access logs, and wider digital footprints across online platforms. Evidence connected to leaked, reposted, shared, or resold material is being documented carefully. Removing the material within the 7-day period is the opportunity to resolve this before further action is taken.
