Time to be real.

This year has been without a doubt the hardest year of my life. Trauma, stress, anxiety and extreme health problems made it an incredibly difficult process to get through, and to even meet my most basic needs. Two wars on what feels like my door step has also taken a heavy toll.

Your support has honestly made a real difference, having a little more to keep me going in the darkest moments. I was even able to take a little time off with the funds raised here, unplug, move my body and spend some time in the mountains and forest.
