Here's the final pink and yellow version of the This Way print!

Here's the color PSD screenshot with how I separated my colors for this one--

And here's the black and white PSD layer. I organized this one with the opacity in the name so I could see how I changed the values over time, and also so I always had the original values! For the final PSD I'm going to do a combo of the Green print PSD and this PSD for the bEST organization.

Below are all the revisions I went through, with line work and without. I would write which colors needed toning down or brightening up and then write what opacity numbers I actually used and sent to the machine. All in all, 6 revisions to get it where I wanted it.

Here's a close up of what the 3rd pass notes looked like compared to the newly printed 4th pass.

I really pushed and pulled the values on this one, a lot more than the green image. I started out with the solid pink and yellow like shown in the previous post and then added extra pink values and extra yellow values. What I like to do to see where I should erase color is turn off the layer and see where I wish the color or value wasn't. It's an easy place to start when making your riso print feels overwhelmingly complicated. I also like to add a layer of dark values that may or may not stay in the final piece. I turn them on and off until I figure out where they would be best, if at all.

Again, let me know if you have any questions, I'd love to answer them!
