Princess Mononoke - June’s Riso Subscription Print (Patreon)

Hello everyone!

Thanks so much for your patience as I got all the Mononoke prints out this month. There are still a few in the wings but we’re getting the rest out this week! I’ve had a pretty crazy month- first it was Anime Expo, then I hosted my parents at our house, meanwhile my yellow drum broke and I rushed to fix it, then it was a week for San Diego Comic Con and now I’m in Minneapolis on an emergency visit for Andy’s Grandmother’s funeral. It’s been a whirlwind, and July flashed before my eyes, but the Mononoke prints are on their way if not already arrived to anyone who paid on June 1st!

Right now I'm working on The Summer Fairy print (proper name incoming) for July! It'll be the third installment of my seasonal fairies prints. Chestnut Fairy (Winter) and Bug Fairy (Spring) are already finished so I'll be trying to make a good balanced triptych until fall fairy is ready to complete the set.

I'll share those Summer Fairy sketches asap, but I also wanted to share that I've got a plan for August's print as well, which will be a Howl's Moving Castle print! If you'd like to receive the Howl print, make sure you're signed up for the Riso subscription tier before August 1st!

Ok, back to Princess Mononoke! I almost finished writing the full breakdown but my writing didn’t save across platforms and I lost almost all of what I wrote, so I’ll be back at my computer on Monday for a full proper Riso Breakdown of this print! For now, here are some nice, juicy close ups of this three color Riso magic. More soon! -Nat
