We have to remember the Louis is an unreliable narrator. So not everything he relayed to Daniel in Season 1 is entirely accurate. Some of which he is realizing now- like his role in Claudia being turned. Lestat's version is not going to be 100% accurate either, but we definitely can't take everything Louis says at face value. I can't wait for the next episode!

With lestat telling his side, we get more info that we didnt know before. Like that fight they had and louis was beating him too, did happen. When we got that scene back in season 1 we were getting that fight pov from Claudias diary. She did not see that part of the fight bc she was behind that wall by the stairs. But all of this is still not coming from Lestats pov, this is just them retelling what he said from louis. We still have yet to see lestats version of these events. Everyone has their own bias when telling a story and tend to make themself the victim. We cant trust anyones version, we can rewatch and find hints of the truth sprinkled in. Thats what I like about this show.

Exactly this! But that would mean more Daniel? Are you okay with that, Nick? 😂 Have you come around on him at all, or does he still annoy you? I have said it before, but I love him. His dry, deadpan humor and general annoyance with life is pretty much me in male form, so I appreciate him.
