During the potato task they were saying 'tutting'. If they touched it they all had to tut and start again :) and yes, piles = hemorrhoids.

I guess it's tricky to convey what tutting is to someone on the other side of the pond, as it's a very British trait! It's an expression of disapproval, usually by rolling your eyes and making a 'tch' sound by clicking your tongue off the roof of your mouth. With optional hands on hips and shaking of head. :) (You can also just verbally say "Tut tut" and you'd get the message across.)
