Louise Wilson

Happy you’re doing this AND doing this together 👏🏻

Louise Wilson

Oh also, that WAS Nessa from Gavin and Stacey And the big boobs woman is Lynne from Alan Partridge 😂

Lee Fordham

It's a whacky, awkward show. Julia Davis as main protaginist Jill is one the most awful lead characters in comedy. Julia Davis and Ruth Jones, the asthmatic both were both later in 'Gavin and Stacey'. Yes she was Nessa in said show. Rebecca Front, the MS sufferer, was Nicila murray in the 'Thick of It' and was also in the Alan Partridge shows as various characters. Her husband Angus Deayton was previuosly in 'One Foot In the Grave', don't know if you've caught that one yet.

This has to be one of the craziest and most unlikeable protags I've ever seen and I'm all here for it!

Dylan

Julia Davis is the queen of crazy and unlikeable characters.

Thomas McDonald

Potentially my favourite show ever... I'm not sure what that says about me, hah.

Andrew Ross

This show shocked me when I first saw it and I loved it! Jill is a true monster of sitcom!

Andrew Ross

Others have mentioned Angus Deayton from One Foot in the Grave and Felicity Montague from Alan Partridge, so I will point out Glen, the bad date, is Mark Gattis of The League of Gentlemen...app he got the idea of the tick from a date he had with a very nice lad who app had that very tick with the head turn/mouth thing.

Andrew Ross

The outakes of this show are good, its amazing they got through the date scene when you see the struggle Julia Davis has doing it , I'm sure some of her borderline corpsing is left in certain scenes as it adds to Jill's weird intensity.

Spencer Vincent

When you get to the end, please watch the bloopers, they are hilarious!
