Austin Stratton

You'd wanna put Bruce Almighty on the poll mbefore Evan Almighty as that is the sequel

ALW

Cant help but feel you're taking the story a bit too personally.

Jason Edwards

I'd love it if see no evil, hear no evil wins, such a cleverly written film with two of my all time favourite actors. sure it isn't wall to wall laughter, but in my opinion the pick of the bunch and well worth the watch

Contex - It's Just A Ride

Hey Josh, you've probably already seen it but if not I'd like to see you react to Nacho Libre. It's silly but for a film targeted at kids it's great and funny af.

Danny

See no evil, hear no evil is hands down one of the best comedies ever written. Probably also the last really good comedy for Pryor before his MS started making it hard for him to move about so reduced the roles he got. Stir Crazy is another good one.

Lt. Cmdr. Data

One of the best comedies ever is The Blues Brothers, ridiculous on purpose, and the most celebs and extras I have ever seen in a movie. You will be shocked who is actually in this, and how funny it is.

Danny
>>68763867

It usually does well in the polls but normally just misses out. It keeps coming 5th! . Hope it finally gets in, not seen it for a while

Sam Reeves

Really hope The Parole Officer does well, Josh would love it!

Richard M

An American Werewolf in London really seems like something you'd like.

Ferris Booyaa

What qualifies for getting on the list josh? I had assumed naked gun 33 1/3 would have appeared seeing as how you have seen the first two.

Ben

July was a fairly poor month for movies on here, August was excellent, September wasn't great... so if we follow that pattern hopefully we'll have a good month this time around!

Andy G

The gentlemen is one of my favourite movies, not saying its perfect but i have been surprised to not see it finish higher on previous polls and some movies that have come higher then it

Manly Stump

That's weird, I didn't get emailed about this post!

ChazWalker

Very questionable poll

Hannah

Have you seen There's Something About Mary, Josh? I've not seen it mentioned.

A

Be good to see you react to more live shows/stand ups on Sundays.

jack

Some recommendations for future polls True Romance (1993) Once Were Warriors (1994) 25th Hour (2002) Arsenic And Old Lace (1944) 12 Angry Men (1957) Ed Wood (1994) Rear Window (1954) The Wages Of Fear (Salaire de la peur, Le) (1953) & Seven Samurai (Shichinin no samurai) (1954) (if you don't mind watching movies with subtitles) Clue (1985)

Jim

Bottom Live! Having those two back would be very welcome.

King Bloo

Saving Grace was a fantastic British comedy from the early 2000’s that I never see suggested for the poll, its about a middle class housewife who resorts to growing/selling weed to cover her debts. The lady who played Kevins mum in Kevin and Perry Go Large stars in the lead role.

Richard M

When I was little in the mid 1980s, my uncle had this on vhs, and he lent it to my dad. I saw a bit of it and became obsessed by it lol. I don't think my uncle ever got his tape back, and I would literally watch the tape as often as I possibly could. My dad didn't mind about the swearing and stuff in it, my mum was less sure, but I would take it upon myself to watch it when I could anyway. The epic car chase towards the end in particularly always absolutely hooked me, as well as the music obviously (especially the Soul Food Cafe bit). Still a favourite today.

Josip Buretic
>>68795006

It is also my favorite movie and I also vote every time for The Gentlemen and hope we made it to the top 4

Josip Buretic

I have a question how do you all feel about : O Brother, Where Art Thou? I love that movie and the soundtrack for this movie is one of my favorite. Would love to see Josh reaction(if he didn't already seen it)

Sam Ringland

The naked gun 3 needs to be added

Josip Buretic

Josh did you watch "History of the world part I" I love that movie it is for me personally one of the best movie from Mel Brooks

Josip Buretic

I think we don't think about the same subject. I was talking about comedy movie from Mel Brooks... But now that you talk about World War I I did hear the Dan Carlin's history podcast and it was very interesting

Alexander Bond

Sexy Beast and Werewolf in London are objectively the best movies on this list. Not comedy of course, but great films.

Ben
>>68840535

Seconded! and you're right it is a fantastic soundtrack

prot180

Hot Shots, Spaceballs, See No Evil Hear No Evil. You will love these movies trust me, give them a watch regardless of if they win the poll if you have time!

Jack Nicholas

Did In the Loop get taken off? I hope The Wicker Man wins one day, it's a cult classic and the scariest "musical" ever made

Jamie Roberts

Had to vote for bottom. But would love to see you watch rise of the footsoldier. Its an absolute guilty pleasure about the brutality of london/essex gangsters and football hooligans

Sam Reeves

Who are these people voting for Dirty Grandpa?!! It's objectively terrible.

Richie B

Josh, I keep meaning to recommend 'One Flew Over The Cuckoo's nest'. Would love to see you react to that one.

(Just) Steve

How does Caddyshack have so few votes?!

BigChanChan
>>68940912

It's horrific and I normally like this type of humour! De Niro spolit his legacy a bit with this trash and also all the terrible adverts he did like Warburtons!

Chris

Clearly it should be Sexy Beast and Withnail and I winning here. Easily the two best on the list. Watch as people with no taste vote for Spaceballs

Danny Casey-Tancock

Awesome to see The Death of Stalin doing so well, such a good, and terrifying, movie.

Richard M
>>68943954

Well its all opinion isn't it. Withnail & I, for me, is one of the most overrated films in history.

Pkirby422

Have a feeling my votes wont win this round. Ah well, better luck next time.

Richard M
>>68945590

Yeah I'm quite surprised it's doing so well but also pleased about that.

will doyle

Can you add The Barrytown trilogy to your list? The Commitments, The Snapper and The Van.

James Chalmers

Hi could I suggest a few films? Office Space Little Shop Of Horrors Dirty Rotten Scoundrels Dave (Kevin Kline) 3 Amigos Wierd Science

Aaron
>>68940524

I like the films but I think it’s quite harsh compared to what he normally reacts to

Tony Smyth

I'm waiting for Kes, (Karl Pilkington's 2nd favourite film) to show up in the poll. It's MY favourite film but that could just be because I haven't seen Elephant Man yet.
