You have to do all the deleted scenes that are on YouTube. They are hilarious and are as good as the show!

Matthew Towner

A seriously, seriously underrated show that ended with a finale as clever and witty as ever, but with heart too. The best British sitcom for a long, long time.

Keith Pratt

John McCririck was mainly known for being a horse racing pundit and was a bit of an eccentric. He died in 2019.

This show is really good I have enjoyed it alot more than I expected. I didn't know it was so goofy.

Elizabeth

Yes! The one with Kurtan and his shopping trolley is my favourite.

Nobby

Paul Chahidi gives such an underrated and understated performance as the vicar. One of my all time favourite sitcoms. Hopefully ‘Detectorists’ won’t be to long to wait for in the poll.

Great reaction Josh. It is a brilliant series, it's that good the BBC are keeping hold of it, as it hasn't made it to Netflix yet.

Nobby

“I only do massive ones!” 🤣

Such a great show, close to my heart as I grew up in an Oxfordshire village much like this one, it's in my top 10 British comedy list, alongside the office, people just do nothing, alan partridge, peep show, brasseye, phoenix nights, inbetweeners, father Ted and stath let's flats. Not in any particular order they're just the ones that make me laugh the most..😂 I haven't seen stath let's flats on the polls much, I have to say after multiple viewings of this it's gotten high up on the old top ten.. great to see your reaction to it one day. Hope all is well 👍🏼

Such a great show :) I'd heard of it but wasn't necessarily expecting it to be anything special. It's a bit like The Royle Family in that way for me, went into it without great expectations and ended up absolutely loving it so much. Brilliant writing and acting and great reaction, thanks Josh.

Funniest episode 😂😂😂

Death Lego

What a sublime show that was such a glorious surprise that kept delivering beyond what I expected. There are very few shows that can take you from heartwarming tears in the eyes, lump in the throat. To transforming those tears to crying from laughter from yet another expertly delivered brutally cutting remark from Kurtan, in just a matter of seconds. It's hard to attain such pathos without the risk of becoming sickly. Delivering more gags but without killing the moment. What a balance, that can't be underappreciated. One of my biggest eye watering giggle fits was from this episode. Comparing the vicar to the villain from saw.... As Kurtan painted such an epically overblown, yet vividly described image of the landscape of his supposed portrayal. In only the way he could. I'm gonna miss him the most I think.

Thank you for reacting to this show. Just like 'People Just Do Nothing' it was even better watching it the second time around. For anyone who wants more of these goof-balls, and has access to Audible, there is an audiobook called 'This Is This Country' that I can highly recommend. Also, because you have just finished the Toast Saga, I thought I would search to see if any audiobooks exist for that show. And yes, an audiobook called 'Toast on Toast' exists. I've not heard it yet so I don't know if it's any good but I'll be getting it next month.

Did you know, that Daisy May Cooper (Kerry) also did the voice of her mum in the show off screen

Looks like the US remake was called Flatch
