I personally think Furiousa is better than fury road. Chris Hemsworth is a better villain and Anya Taylor joy does a great job playing Furiosa, especially considering who played the part first

It's been soo long since he watched the first Indiana Jones, Temple of Doom is way over due for a watch. Sure you can't beat the Raiders of the Lost Ark but Temple of Doom is a fun watch.

i like how they have differnet formulas. Furiosa is more act based with different parts and timelines over years and Fury road is self contained over a few days. i like the difference in narrative flow from one to another. it makes for really differing viewing experiences with a central theme

I also thought this was the '79 film as did a few others. I just hope he gets to that , and The Road Warrior soon. Cool fact on this film , and the original. There is a black & white version of this film that George Miller had done for a Blu-Ray release. It is called the Black And Chrome Edition. He had , at some point , wanted to do Mad Max in black n white , but never did. With this , they stripped it down and removed the color. BUT , still kept the sharpness , etc. A beautiful version.

This is, no joke, one of my favorite action movies of all time!! I’m glad Leo watched it. Edit: Also, Leo if you like stuff like this, I would recommend the movie Baby Driver! It’s deep, it’s action-packed, it’s funny, it’s sad. You’d love it!

LOVE Furiosa. Not as much as I LOVE this movie but the back story it provides adds an incredible amount of depth to the character. Thor's in it as the villain and kills it. And the action is absolutely up to par with Fury Road.

just cause it was a flop doesnt mean it wasnt good. in fact it was great and I think the general public is absolutely stupid to let it underperform cause it deserved so much more.
