Getting cigarettes exiled from most public spaces and venues is probably the last great civil coup in the name of public safety we'll ever pull off. it still blows my mind that when i was a kid restaurants had whole sections for people to smoke cigarettes in. it seems crazy in retrospect. imagine how some people would react to that initiative if it were attempted today.

Maybe you saw this mentioned in the last one, but the south park guys have created one of the most successful musicals of all time, its called The Book of Mormon, and its like a spinoff on the last episode. I saw it in London recently and honestly it was one of the most entertaining couple of hours of my life, its like a live 2.5 hour south park episode except with great music performed by world class performers. Its still playing in New York, can't recommend seeing it enough

my parents smoked a pack a day each when i was younger..guess who got cancer in his 20s and never smoked a day in his life ..well it only took for me to get cancer and they stopped it wasnt easy for them but im proud of em for sticking to it ..fuck cancer !!!
