Rob Garrison was from my home state of WV. He was up for the role of Daniel but lost it to Ralph Machio all those years ago. He sadly died of multiple organ failure shortly after filming this episode. They really knew what they were doing with this episode and he went out a G. R.I.P.

If you end up watching The Next Karate Kid, you might as well watch the 2010 Karate Kid with Jackie Chan and Jaden Smith. It should have just been called the Kung Fu Kid instead but hindsight is 20/20. It'll be relevant to the new Karate Kid: Legends that just came out in theaters and it's better than the Next Karate Kid anyways so might as well.

you'd like Alita: Battle Angel, Leo. Its really well done. They know how to do a strong female lead. I think some of us can agree that MCU characters like Ms Marvel comes off and cringe at times. Alita on the other hand, perfected the recipe. This show never felt cringe for me, i really like how well they do the "zero to hero" theme
