I know there's a million episodes of dragon ball, but I really think you should watch the og dragon ball, doesn't really matter when, it works perfectly fine as a prequel or starting point tho I would suggest doubling up on the episodes because there are so many, also I'm not one for skipping stuff but you can definitely skip Garlic Jr., you can always go back and watch the movie if you really want

I have fond memories of watching DBZ but love Dragon Ball so much more. Maybe going back to start Dragon Ball after the next "saga" of DBZ.

Damn this show is fire!! 🔥 Leo I say do whatever you want and we will be here with you! My vote though would be watch every episode however I know people don’t wanna wait since we get 1 episode per drop, and I understand, the waiting is rough. Any chance you could just binge the filler episodes and drop them all at once? I know I’d LOVE that and then we could get immediately back to the main story. Whatever you decide though I’m good with! Oh and on the original Dragonball show, I say please don’t watch that until you finish Dragonball Z & Dragonball Super. Then go back to get some fun of og Dragonball. I do love it but it’s nowhere near as intense as DBZ is and I say ride the DBZ momentum straight through Super! 💪 Leo will loose his mind during the final episodes of Super!! 🤯😂 if you know you know. 😆

Skip eps 108-117! solo fillers are good like 125, but the garlic jr saga is a whole 10 ep saga, 10 episodes into the next arc will blow your mind guaranteed!

I know my voice don't count as much, but you've reacted to every single episode of DBZ without skips so far... Why start skipping now? The garlic Jr episodes are not filler. As of a matter of fact there is a movie you should watch before you get into the garlic Jr saga. That's DBZ the dead zone... If you skip this, and get into the longer arch then you will be confused on things, because filler or not they always mention something that brings it full circle... It's up to you though... No polls just make the choice

Do what you prefer with the fillers (some are good, some aren’t) but please when you get to the Buu Saga, do at least that one with the og audio. It has the best soundtracks imo and it would be a shame for you to miss out on them when they are one of the best things of DBZ and anime in general. The movie is cannon to the next 10 episodes, and the ones you say will "blow Leo mind" will still be there when he's done with them. You a Manga fan I get it, but speaking as someone who only got into DBZ by the show I like ALL the episodes, and the fillers are mentioned in the main story. So if you really a fan of the show then stop telling the man to skip a storyline just because it's not in the manga, and you don't like it...

if you want to watch Garlic Jr, you NEED... NEED to watch Dead Zone. i made that mistake and had no clue what was going on. if you don't want to watch that movie, skip that saga

Imo he should have been watching the movies where they fit into the series. Wouldn't be opposed to having him watch them now. I think he would have to watch 4 to catch up and then the 5th right after the namek saga ends in a few episodes.

Do whatever you feel like big dog! I'm along for the ride. But hey this show I think flows better and is more enjoyable if you watch em 2-3 episodes at a time. It makes you think about it in a different way. It's kinda hard to explain. But even then if you just feel like watching 1 at a time I'm still loving your reactions.
