I actually like the new boss, and how he commands respect. Michael never commanded that... Stanley is so used to these staff meeting being about a bunch of bs that he takes his crosswords to work on it, and ignore everything else... The new boss was like "No... What I have to say matters" Also unlike Michael, people Actually want to do a good job for him, and be on his best side... Even Mr. Idgaf Jim! 😂 I can't believe I don't remember seeing these episodes, but I know the Big moments. So, I'm really looking forward to seeing how things turn out with the new boss W reaction 👍🏾 ✌🏾

Of course someone like YoU Kevin would be defending someone like Charles. PffffffffT! 🤮 👎 I used to have an UGLY, evil 👿 MEAN black female boss Exactly like Charles a few years ago when i used to work at a warehouse. The BIG difference is that with her, NO ONE could make her smile or laugh. She was (i'm 90 % Sure she STILL IS) a very UGLY, MEAN and a BiTTER person (single mom with five kids, 😕 SMH) and she was NOT nice to anyone at all, NOT even to the employees who were Crew Leaders who had been there for over ten years. She did NOT even last there as another Crew Leader 'cause she was ALWAYS being snappy with everyone and just like (A)SSH(o)LE Charles, she was ALWAYS monitoring EVERYONE's time and we had to ask permission to use the fu**ing bathroom so IF she wasn't around for us to ask for permission, WE would just run to the bathroom on our own 'cause WE are NOT going to pee on ourselves just 'cause she was NO where to be found, and when WE would come back to our seats, she'd be standing there waiting for us at our assembly line spot and she would literally write us up for "taking off on our own" to use the bathroom. oh believe me, NO ONE liked her at all, she was a Number one UGLY, MEAN and a BiTTER BiiiiiiiiiTCH and i Still have NO idea why upper management hired her to be another Crew Leader, but as obvious, NO ONE respected her, NO ONE liked her and after almost two years of dealing with her SHiT, she Finally GOT FIRED, wooo hoooo! 🥳 🎉 She GOT what that UGLY BiiiiiiiiiTCH Deserved and the warehouse Finally was "ALLOWED" To BE HAPPY Again! 😎 👍 So i say that You're so WRONG 'cause there's NO need for any boss (manager) to be doing that MUCH "Power-Tripping" towards other people that you work with 'cause it leads to the Obvious--- NO ONE will like you, NO ONE will want you around And THANK GOD that KARMA FINALLY caught up to that UGLY demon, LOL! 🤣 🤣

@TXCountryGal First of all color doesn't have to do with anything I've said. You made that a thing all on your own... Secondly... Far as I can tell the new boss on this show is nothing like your former boss besides the different gender and same color that you again mentioned... 3rd it sounds like you have a problem with authority regardless of who it is. Maybe that's why SOMEONE LIKE YOU is stuck working at the factory, because it's the best you can get... I never said I like how he treats his employees bad... What I said is I like how his presence commands respect... Meaning unlike your old boss HE doesn't have to say much to be taken seriously... When he does talk it's because he actually has something important to say about the company or the staff... Not just talk to bitch, because he's on a power trip for not actually having say in his personal life like your old boss...

I DID say that when i used to (i guess You DON'T know what words means, You M O R O N I C D U M B * S S), i USED TO, You M O R O N I C SMALL brain, "used to" means PAST TENSE. I'm Now R E T I R E D (let me explain what that word means, it means that i Now own 2.5 houses and i NO longer have to work ever again 'cause my life is doing BETTER than ok 'cause Financially, THANK GOD, i NO longer have to work 'cause i'm R E T I R E D) and that job in the warehouse where i USED TO work at, was from a looooong time ago. I've got good income that i get every month from My Military Benefits And from owning 2.5 houses and My man and i NO longer have to work ever again, THANK GOD, 'cause we know how to make money withOUT doing anything illegal And withOUT ever having to work at any stupid warehouse job where bosses like that black female B iiiiii T C H used to work at. She got F I R E D after working there for ONLY one f***ing year and 10 months because NO ONE liked her, she was ALWAYS IN a SH 💩 mood (as MOST of Them ARE) and just because she was a single mother with five kids from Different dads (as MOST of Them do), does NOT give her the right to take it out on ANY one of us. Yup, just like that SH 💩 - head Charles, they come into a NEW job withOUT giving R E S P E C T to those who have been working there MORE years than Charles and/or Shaquaila (the old Crew Leader where i USED TO work at) because that IS Exactly how THEY ARE--- They get one SMALL job, working LESS than a year And THEY ARE ALWAYS Power-Tripping because i KNOW how THEY ARE. * eyes rolling BiiiiiiiiiG time * and LOL! 🤣 🤣
