one of my favorite Kanye cameos is in the HBO comedy show Entourage. the show is loosely based on Mark Wahlberg but takes place in the 2000s. a ton of celeb cameos and attractive random women. also the show is quick watch. 8 seasons but 25min ep, 8-13 ep per season.

as far as Mencia goes. yes he stole jokes. there is a famous video online where Joe Rogan confronts him on stage in the late 00's. but his show Mind of Mencia was written by many other people so cant say if that had stolen jokes. his small part in the Ben Stiller sex comedy The Heartbreak Kid (2007) was funny.

Any country singer from the 50s, 60s, 70s, all sang the same songs. it didn't take away that one person wrote it or another, it mattered how they sang it, I personally love Carlos Mencia's stand up specials, he's one of my favorite comedians the way he delivers his jokes..
