Leo . Love the content . Any chance you can react to the inbetweeners ?

Saraka

Do we get to see which movie won between Weird Science and Heavyweights?

Heather C.

I’m new here and apparently joined at a challenging time. I can’t watch any videos except for this one. Only difference is this one says streamable. Is it just me or are they still coming back up?

James

Thanks, Leo!

Shep

Absolutely incredible film. I loved it the first time I saw and and I've loved it more every time watch it.

Andrew S

Stuff is Still being reuploaded, it takes time, this channel will update occasionally when things are reuploaded. https://discord.gg/2qQAVSKt6 , Streamable is what's being used now

Heather C.

Ok. Thank you so much. I just didn’t know if I was doing something wrong or not looking in the right place. 😂

K Posley

Thanks Leo! I appreciate you!

Andrew S

I don't remember these being tied on a poll, Weird Science will be on both the next Comedy and sci-fi polls cause it won in the comments for both.

Saraka

Ahhh thank you for the clarification! I was confused. My bad.

Zen-Aku

Haven't seen this one but pumped to check it out with the homie 😎 🤙🔥.

Chloe Arreola

It's hard watching this movie. Because Daveigh is gone TT^TT

GuRillA_RACg_102

Only the strong (1993) Chocolate (2008) Shaolin Soccer (2001)

EZ

Ask again when Sopranos and Office is done,

Chad Davies

I will do . I don’t wanna keep asking , but hopefully he watches it

EZ

MY FUCKING GOATTT, this movie is so damn iconic , Miyazaki PEAK , and the English VA for Kaku , bob cut kid, is the same VA as Max from A Goofy Movie that you had just watched lol

Mitch Coob

Ghibli movies are well known for having amazing dub work but please consider reacting to future foreign movie poll winners in their original languages!

Jesse S

Please I beg you watch Andor

Sarahnade

Be careful with this one on youtube! Studio Ghibli is heavy with the copyright slams.

Rick Revees

My reason for voting for this is I've been watching Ghibli movies my whole life and I want everyone to enjoy them may I also suggest princess mononke, howls moving castle, ponyo

Cody Jado

Hey Leo, what are the chances of Infinity War and End Game being reuploaded?

Fallenshroud

So glad you reacted to a Ghibli movie!! Studio Ghibli is like Japan's Disney. There are a bunch of INCREDIBLE films. Howl's Moving Castle, Naussica, Princess Mononoke, Arriety, Porco Roso, the list goes on!

itsRichErich

Next one i recommend is Kiki's delivery service!

Riley

Thank you for the sync issue warning, I cannot wait to dive into this with you on the reupload!!! 💖

Mika R

I can’t turn his video sideways

Sarahnade

Woah I really liked the outro with the flash cards. That was a cool way to wrap up the story.

ChPainkiller

yes , some anime like the ghibli moves have great dubs but everything that is not animated in my experience and is foreign is horrible dubbed. I personally wont watch this reaction because of the dub.

Roro

Yea same I don't think streamable's embedded videos support sideways view on mobile. I recommend opening the video in your browser instead, there it works!

Miichii G

Please continue the studio ghibli movies, they are all so great

Sara Croughan

I've never watched this. Never had a desire but I do love animation films so I should check it out through you but I'm going to wait until you reupload it later on. ❤️

The 15

Great movie. Found those edits with the picture a little weird in the intro/outro though. Is that gonna be a thing in all your reactions now? Felt.. weird.

Steevn Sonder

This was one of the first movies I saw in theaters! It set a standard for me for animation, fantasy, adventure and even horror at a really early age. Even nearly 25 years later, I’ve never seen another movie quite like this in any of those genres. This is about as fully realized as a fictional world in movies can get.

Kevin Landon

Lmao, when she magically zips jah hero's lips Leo goes, if only husbands had that power!

Cody Anderson

Finally I feel like iv been waiting so many years for this.

CS

It won't happen, the dubs vs subs crowd's breakdown is probably 60/40 at best. If he posts a movie with subs, it'll just be the other side complaining.

Mitch Coob

Movie audio feels super quiet on this fixed-sync version compared to your mic, idk if it’s just me. First version you uploaded audio was perfect volume-wise

I absolutely loved this film. Just finished it and I already want to rewatch it. Thank you so much to everyone that put this on the poll. It was my first time seeing it and I learned so much

Andrew S

It's being fixed now, processing now, should be up in an hour or two

Andrew S

Curious, would an edit of the reaction with the subbed version overlayed be enjoyable to you or since Leo's didn't watch the subbed version ruin it for you?

Mitch Coob

Idk if it’d ruin it necessarily, but it might be awkward at times being that he didn’t react to the subbed version originally. Not sure the timing and nuance of certain dialogue would match up precisely. On another note, would it be possible to run by him the idea of enabling subtitles on all reactions going forward? I find it helps during moments when he might be talking or if the show/movie he’s reacting to has inaudible moments. I’m no editor so not sure how convenient or not that would be in terms of the workflow but think it could be helpful.

Andrew S

Reuploading now, let's hope it's fixed. Edit: I think Processing is messing with the movie volume, new version will be kept up until it can get fixed. The Quality looks better.

CattFink!

Subs on everything would be good for anyone that has any sort of difficulty hearing or is ESL also.

GenericStatue

Howls moving castle was my introduction to anime.

GenericStatue

Would be pointless to do an edited version. Sub and dub dialogue is often different due to localizers wanting to add their own spin on shit.

Rick Revees

Detective conan/case closed was my first anime

Humanharvest407

please watch princess mononoke next, been wanting these reactions forever!!! such good movies!

Emily

Is there any way to get closed captions on here

John Juan

Hand-drawn animation. Every frame is a painting. A dying art that we have taken supremely for granted. Tireless work by a true master. Every time you watch a film by Miyazaki, you are watching something that cannot be done by anyone else. Academy Award winner for Best Animated Feature. Haunting, yet uplifting. Freaky, but not terrifying. A comforting adventure. Dreamlike and lifelike. RIP to Daveigh Chase, English voice of Chihiro.

Love this movie!

The Joy

Keep asking. How do you think those other two shows got picked.

Flukemarm

You should watch 'The Kingdom of Dreams and Madness' (2013), it's a documentary about Studio Ghibli making a movie (The Wind Rises) and shows you Miyazaki's process. It will help you appeciate the movies more like '6 days to Air' did for South Park.

kalia 🗿

a classic! my fav as a kid

Rizzle HKap

I can’t wait for more Ghibli movies Leo!! Spirited away was the first Ghibli movie I saw in theaters. It’s very special and nostalgic to me. I recommend checking out Howl’s Moving Castle, Princess Mononoke, Nausicaa, and the Bird and the Heron!

KatieBee

Dunno if you see comments on the old ones, but I came back over from YT for this reaction. This movie's so good that I just couldn't stand a chopped up version of it. This movie did make me google do birds fly in the rain? Apparently they do but it's gotta be like... for a reason. They hunker down in the trees during rainstorms.

Sara Croughan

What a magical movie. Feels like a dream
