As a 90s kid, I somehow missed The Faculty entirely. I have no idea why. But I definitely gotta watch bc it seems like it's maybe having a resurgence. Like I've been seeing it referenced a lot lately on socials and stuff.

Leo, please watch: The Thing (1982), The Fly (1986), Prometheus (2012), Alien: Covenant (2017). These are excellent sci-fi/horror films perfect for this month. P.S. you have to watch Prometheus first before watching Alien: Covenant because they are part of the same universe.

Love Barbarian, not really a "halloween movie" tho. Same thing with The Faculty. Def horror movies, def great (lets watch both!!!) Something like House of 1000 Corpses, Halloween Pt 3, Sleepy Hallow, or Pumpkinhead feel more "trick or treat, halloween, costumes" would be more of a halloween party kinda watch IMO.

The Fly came out in 1958, and starred horror trailblazing actor Vincent freakin Price. The Cronenberg 1986 was a remake. A true classic. The end of this film never left me...
