Child's Play 1-3 were really interesting in terms of building the character of Andy and his conflict with institutional authority figures, but Bride of Chucky is where it becomes about FUN. Chucky is too fun to be the antagonist, we need to sympathize with him killing dumb people.

Yo if you trying to get back in my heart by winning our cool back with these reactions then you are slowly succeeding 😆 By the way Chucky has killed some teenagers before... For example... Switching some of the paintballs out the rifles with actual bullets. Throwing a grenade at a bunch of teens, but only one of them died for throwing himself on it. And... Refresh my memory, but who shot the bully in the heart with the gun when he finally found out about Chucky? That kill was a double, because it wasn't by Chucky's hand, but at the same time it was 😆💯 Then you have this movie where their best friend died because of both Chucky and Tiffany for just looking at them, and getting ran over by a truck... All the kills in the movie before that was very creative, but when he got ran over was the most gruesome I've seen in the movie... I remember rewinding it back over and over when I first seen this 😆😂 Jade was always hot to me... I thought she was thick ASF for a White chick back then 💯💯🎯🎯🎯 I was with Tiff when she told Jesse "You better treat her right" 😆 Rewatching all these movies; the jokes just hit A LOT harder now that I'm older. Chucky was always my body. I honestly don't know who has more attitude... Chucky, Freddy, or Ivan Ooze! 😂 Fun fact... Chucky is the only killer that Eminem NEVER mentioned in his raps when he spoke about other killers in horror films. That's either respect, fear, or a silent diss... I'm going for the first two 😆 Chucky kills whoever... It doesn't matter if they are cool characters or not... The foster father was a dick... Chucky killed him. Chucky's partner was a dick, because he left him by driving off... Chucky killed him. Andy's babysitter was a dick to Andy... Chucky killed her. Andy's teacher was a bitch to him and Andy... Chucky killed her. The foster mother was cool up until a point where she turned on Andy too... It's debatable if Chucky should've killed her or not, but I think Chucky killed her, so she can be back with her Dick of a husband 😆 Let's not forget... The cops were dicks in this film too.. Chucky killed them both... Then in the military school with the crew cut guy, and the headmaster of the school they were being dicks too, and trust me I know it's their jobs to be, but they along with the bully was enjoying their jobs too much, so Chucky killed them Can we agree that Chucky is an anti hero on a mission to once again become flesh and blood. All hero stories have a goal they want to reach with many set backs... In this film it was a woman 😆💯 He asked her to marry him, he showed her a good time with some laughs, he traded his hostage for her, and she stabs him... That's not only heartbreaking... That's Tough Tough! He went out like a G though "SHOOT BITCH! I ALWAYS COME BACK!!!" Dying is a bitch though lol. The 4th wall jokes were great too W reaction 👌🏾✌🏾

Glad your watching the more modern ones. First childs play is more horror/thriller. Childs play 2+3 are slightly a bit more comedy. The modern ones are more comedy/horror. The one liners are funny as hell.
