This is a whispered asmr video to help with anxiety/stress and fall asleep quickly. 💤 It has a guided breathing meditation, candle burning, ear cleaning, tapping, water sounds, tacky/squishy sounds, personal attention, affirmations, and more. 💜 Sounds and tapping start kind of fast in the beginning and slow down to a gentle, sleepy pace.
