*gasp* did you manage to watch the last two eps? a little lore drop about Will writhing in the bed filling with water: the water was actually very hot and that was basically Hugh Dancy fighting for his life until he could jump off (he loved it)

Such a great reaction as always! I died at the part where you clocked Hannibal so bad “so he wants to have a relationship with Will and in order for that to happen he needs to be crazy” AHAHAHAH that’s so true and it’s so silly but really when you strip Hannibal’s plans of all their fancy mechanics it really does come down to “I really like Will but I can’t really show him how crazy I am :(( I’ll make him crazy and then we can enjoy being crazy together”

Hey! I was just wondering, I don’t want to be a pain in the ass, but is there any way you’d be willing to turn the show volume up a bit? It’s quite low, especially in this one 🤔 I understand if it’s a copyright thing but I figured I’d ask.

Totally not a pain! I welcome all feedback. But yes, I can turn up the volume in subsequent ones. I’m used to turning it down for copyright on YouTube, but for these rough cut videos, I think I can get away with them being a bit louder.

Sorry for being late to the party, but what a fun reaction!! I love your thoughts on each episode so much!!! My brief interpretation of that last scene between Bedelia and Hannibal was that he's comparing Will's inherent darkness and “madness” to oil and considers it valuable. But right now, that madness is exacerbated because of the encephalitis; hence, it’s “spilling” (a very fitting metaphor considering how Will describes his psyche as fluid in this episode). That overflow is something Hannibal does want to contain EVENTUALLY. And that's consistent with what he said to Sutcliffe as well, that ultimately he will put the fire out because Will's a friend. And he says to Bedelia that this spillage and the “overdose” (because of the encephalitis) are temporary effects, and they can also be helpful in a way for the immune system. Ultimately, he wants to preserve Will's internal madness and channel it in some way and feels it mirrors his own. So I don't think he's necessarily lying that he wants to contain it. Just that right now it's spilling, and that's just a temporary thing and even potentially good for Will’s psyche (as per Hannibal).

catching up on all the hannibal eps on here! absolutely obsessed with how everyone watching the show wants chilton dead bc he's so arrogant and annoying but when he actually is on the verge of death we all take it back 😭it tickles me every time HAHA
