Top 5 votes will definitely make it into 2021! I might make an exec decision on number 6.

Also, you will not be able to cast a vote for Emma, as I have decided to make her our 2022 January girl. (for my own planning reasons...) And I am veto no for Marissa and Nancy (I can only have 25 options on the poll...)
