Anime North: STAGE COMPLETE (Patreon)

AN was a total whirlwind; if nothing else it reminded us both how out of practice we are with conventions after the panini-pause. We had some stumbling blocks (Bones almost lost her voice from talking so much, and I got absolutely leveled by an unexpected shark week) but overall it was good to be back. The con itself definitely had some management issues, which hopefully will be resolved before next May but glad to report almost everyone was wearing face masks!

BIG thank you to the patrons who stopped in to chat; getting to talk to y'all is one of the best things about a convention for us.

We do have 2 monsters left over, which will hit the shop Friday (time TBA, with proper pics).
We're going to be taking a couple days to unpack and tidy the studio (it looks like a bomb went off in here), and deal with some boring stuff (car repairs, hooray) but will be back at it right shortly.
The next couple weeks are gonna be hectic - in order to run the contest we're planning by months' end, we have to speedrun a design from start to finish in tandem with custom work (pray for us).
