Barbaries Incoming! (Patreon)

The king returns (or queen, if  you prefer)! Sculpts are being finalized, and we’ll be posting the first 2 ‘early bird’ designs this Friday.

The Basics:
New Barbaries won’t be available for custom order, instead we’ll be releasing small batches here and there until we either hit our soft cap of 25 or, the molds die on me. The designs will be released as adoptables, showing their base colours and patterns. There will be some variation in the painting of the doll, since the wee size of the adoptable is much more limiting than the big ol’ head sculpt.
Drakes will range in price from $1200 up depending on complexity of the pattern, with the price listed with the adoptable. There will also be a couple ‘wild cards’ for the gamblers; we won’t show the design ahead of time, but you’ll be able to infer the complexity from the price.
Limited edition tier patrons will get first dibs.

Timeline:
Early bird designs - Friday June 30th
Second set of designs - July 14th
Production starts August 1st
Drakes will be done in order of their design release (ie. the early birds will be completed first).

The Hows:
Once a ‘clutch’ is posted, you’ll have a couple of days to put in for one via form. If more than one person is interested in a design, we’ll use rng to determine who will get the terrible-I mean, majestic lizard. An invoice will be sent for the deposit at that time; either half the cost, or a third if you prefer a three step payment.
For two step payments, the second half will be due upon completion.
For three step payments, the second payment will be due when production begins on your drake, and the final payment upon completion.
