Repair and Refurb Update (Patreon)

We've seen a huge uptick in the number of folks buying second (or third) hand monsters which have been... maybe not treated very carefully in 2023. We're stoked that these guys have been able to find loving homes, but its put a strain on our schedule at times. To that end we've had to make some changes to the warranty we can offer.

Starting in 2024, repairs to second had critters will be offered as a paid service. Cost will depend on the amount of work required starting at $25, and Bones will be updating the repair form to reflect this.

We recognize that patrons may have in the last few months purchased second hand monsters with the understanding they would be repaired free, so we will be giving all patrons a 1-monster repair credit for anything purchased in 2023.
As a patron perk (I really need to update the tier descriptions at this point) we will still be offering free repairs & retouches to all first-hand monsters (your senior citizens are safe!) and on any monster for 1 year from purchase for non-patrons.

We're happy to take a look at your critters at in person events, however we ask that you wait until Saturday or Sunday to bring them in for doctoring since fridays tend to be wild.
Please let me know if you guys have any questions!
