Can this be installed on PE on an iPad?

No, that is an entirely different version of minecraft. This is Java, that is bedrock edition. Bedrock has addons, Java has mods. This is a mod, so you cannot use it on an iPad. If you want something similar for your iPad MC, go to a site called MCPEDL, and search "Prehistorica" on it. I do not know how to install addons for Bedrock, so you will have to google that.

There is a bug where the armor (only vanilla armors) dont move with the bodey correctly like the halm constantly facing straight forward when i luck up etc
