Great class...White Hot Malin!!

Like the white outfit today, long legs and sweet body. Several of my friends have lost weight from cutting sodas and sweet tea from their diet without changing the foods. Never really drank a lot of sodas myself, but I do enjoy a Dr. Pepper once in awhile. Good for you to cut back on the Coca-colas. Your doing great with daily yoga with all the other work that fill your days. Love you. p.s. the earlier class with black mini and white blouse was exceptional.
