Really proud of your Malin, I gave up drinking because it wasn't doing me any favours and like you I would wake up and think Shit! What did I say last night? What did I do? Did I touch anyone?! So I'm so glad to be rid of that guilt and I bet you are too. Thank you so much for sharing. This isn't just yoga, it's the best podcast EVER !
