Often we are tight in our hips because of short muscles. In this painful but very efficient asana we work to open up our hips. Good luck;)

Ok I'm just a little bit confused? I have followed you on youtube for over a year which I appreciate.. your videos are always at least 15 minutes long and free (key word!).. I followed you to Patreon at $25 a month but your videos are considerably shorter except when you do a class, I know lots of guys tune in to see what you're wearing but I'm not interested in that... I'm confused because I thought we as followers would get longer yoga videos and I know others who follow you on youtube are thinking the same thing as I am.. I feel like what you're giving away free on youtube is a better deal than what I'm paying for on Patreon.

Hi Martin, I have done the YouTube concept for almost 4 years. This is less than one month. This is supposed to add on to what I produce on YouTube. I don’t know what will become of this yet. It’s a work in progress and I am getting a new camera to increase quality etc. What you are promised is one longer class every week. If you like the YouTube better you should stick to that. Marling I was merely asking you a question, I'm I not allowed to do that? I asked about the length of your videos on Patreon which I thought would be longer, no harm was meant by my question, that doesn't mean I still won't follow you.
