Chilling of in the Swedish heat

Is that you? At 360 resolution it is difficult to tell.

Perhaps it is my computer (or my own lack of computer skills!) but I try to open it, it runs in very low resolution -- so blurred that I can only tell the subject is female because you are wearing a bikini! But no worries: nobody is perfect, least of all me!

The important thing is you are having a wonderful summer in Sweden and enjoying the summer sunshine. Same here in the UK. I love it. Sunshine makes me feel positive and optimistic, even in very hot weather. Mood is so important, I find. Sometimes it is something that is difficult to control. You wake up feelingnegative or pessimistic and it is difficult tos hake it off, particularly in winter when the days are short and the nights are long. I canbreak it usually by concentrating on positivethings -- that is why your videos are so good. It is clear you have a natural beauty, inside and out, and you are funny ... so much so you put a smile on my face even before I start concentrating on what you are teaching. You are a very special lady. Thank you for that.

Thank you David, its not always easy and I think its important to not be in the stuggles alone. We all go through them and for me focusing on what I do have helps me so much to have a more positive and blessed life. But i need to remind myself every day otherwise I srtart taking things for granted and when I do I never feel good.
